I bought front and rear badges. Rear fits perfectly but the front one was slightly too small. I emailed and the customer service was on point. I gave the correct measurements and a new one was sent immediately.
made the same mistake buying from here, ignored the negative comments and went with them. ordered my badge, took about 10 working days to arrive, then go to test fit and it doesn't fit the vehicle its intended for, I then go to email them and they ask for proof, once I send this proof im ignored. Don't buy from this company they'll take your money and will not refund you.

I spent almost 80€ in badges for my car and after a few days got a shipping notification from AliExpress.
You guys are better of getting 5-10€ badges from AliExpress themselves.

Wrong sizes sent and then got refused a refund and got asked to pay extra in order for them to issue a return slip.

On the slip it states delivery from Ali-express too, if i wanted to order from there i would have.
There was a problem with my package. I send a mail and it was answered really fast and they fixed the problem immediataly.
Wrong size sent and also sent 2 front badges and no back badge. Stick quality is cheap. Customer service is rude no return or refund. Avoid and go to eBay

If there was a 0 star option I would be rating it that absolute scam artists order to items one turned up so I emailed them and they have taking 3 days between replies now 3 weeks later they are refusing to give me a refund and telling me to contact the shipping company when they have gave me no tracking information at all, avoid at all costs!!

I received my badges one gor front and one for rear. I gave correct detsils ( reg) of my car but the badge i received for the rear is the wrong one. I have reached out on both Tiktok and email only to be told I will get a response in 48 hrs....thats now gone and still nothing...come on guys...I need this sorting please.
I ordered front, rear and steering wheel badges for a 2025 Kuga and all were the wrong side, I informed someone (not sure who as they didn't sign-off their emails).
They asked me to send measurements which I did and they sent me replacements to the front and steering wheel and informed me that due to lack of supply the rear would not be available.
The new front and steering wheel then turned up and although larger still didn't fit and after informing them of this and the lack of the rear altogether they only offered to refund £10 of the original £30 that they cost.
At this point after 5 emails and poor responces I felt it would be futile to pursue it further and let it go!
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, if it doesn't fit don't expect a refund!!
