One star is too much for this company. Goods ordered and not received. Customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs. One big rip off company

Customer service is useless.
Company acts outside of the law.
Will refuse to issue refund on items not fitting the trades descriptions act.

Trading standards need to look at this. I ordered a £10 and a £20 Mystery Prize and paid 2 lots of £3.99 delivery. A parcel arrived which had a cheap Chinese speaker and a cheap stand for a Tablet but not having a tablet, of no use whatsoever. I contacted Wowcher to find out where my second parcel was and Black Feather said that this was both orders in one parcel. So I have paid £37.98 for goods worth at best £12 and charged twice for one delivery which Black Feather say is charged by Wowcher. They said all items are clearly shown in the groups which is a lie as I could not see a stand in either group. Wowcher must be aware of this scam and I am very disappointed that they allow this travesty to happen under their banner.

Like many others, i bought the £20 mystery electrical deal, and received a portable speaker, worth £5 at most. I definitely won't be using them again, or Wowcher, for letting them get away with the scam. I would like to give them a minus star rating if i could.

***STAY AWAY*** brought the mystery electrical item off Wowcher I received a cheap speaker worth £5 refusing to accept a return. A total con and wowcher should be ashamed to promote this company

What a shady con. What just arrived in the post - delivered by Hermes, left at the front door and not with a neighbour has requested - is barely worth a fiver. A tenner at best.

What did I receive?

Desire Tech portable speaker.

Now… there is no expectation that this had to be one of the top gadgets. But how is this even in the mix? £20 spent with the anticipation at the least, a £20 gadget would arrive. Not at all.

I appreciate I may seem disappointed not to get the top prizes but I’d have been happy with an air fryer or iPad stand! I figured everyone is likely to get an air fryer.

I wouldn’t bother… just aim your cash at what you want. This is just silly.

10 quid electric deal, to receive a pull up bar, talk about being scammed. Won't do that again, don't waste your money

Gobshite. Purchased mystery electronics deal, paid £22, received a pull up bar, not electronic and it's from £10 tier prizes. Emailed and asked wth is going on, they said it's not refundable and I'll have to wait til next month to receive another prize. Don't believe they'll send anything.

I purchased a £10 electrical deal from wowcher.. 3 weeks later i received.. From black feather... A £7 fitness bar... NOT ELECTRIC.. NOT EVEN WORTH £10. I contacted trading standards who agreed this advert was misleading & they were told to remove it or re word it from electrical deal.as it clearly is not an electrical deal

I ordered 2 electrical mystery boxes. 1 has arrived faulty and damaged. Still awaiting other box. Now the mystery product....a cheap and flimsy tiny makeup station. No idea how this comes under electrical since u can place your phone on it but that's all. I can place my phone on a table, chair or side but that doesn't suddenly make it electrical does it? Anyway their cust serv woman just didn't care and said they will not refund me for the broken product etc and now I'm dreading what broken cheap tat will probably come (if at all since it was purchased on the same day). I atleast expected something with batteries or a plug lol. Wowcher have just passed me over and won't get involved it seems so none of us will purchase ever again from any of these 2 disgraceful companies. Disappointed is an understatement.

After reading reviews (as I had not had delivery the following week after redeeming Wowcher) nor had any tracking info, I was extremely nervous. However I emailed the company who replied promptly stating DPD delay and to give it 3 further working days.

After 2nd day I got tracking info and was advised goods would be delivered that day within an hour slot and turned up on time. Instructions and assembly was fairly clear and simple and garden lounge set exactly as described and delighted with product and service overall.

Ordered through Wowcher and they said delivered and it hasn’t been , sounds more like a scam to me as from what I read others they have experienced the same .
Wowcher should not trade with them anymore 😡😡😡😡😡

A further review on my original please avoid this company they only care about making money the customer service is non existent they are unhelpful they never call back or respond to emails they deny receiving any correspondence and you have to explain over and over again the issue

Ordered the The mystery deal with Wowcher they have said that it’s been delivered but it hasn’t I’ve been in touch with Wowcher and I’m still waiting absolutely disgusting would never use them again

Claim item was delivered but it wasn't. Via Wowcher. Company seems to be linked to BlackFeatherLtd which has 99% 1 stars.

Eventually delivered but customer service communication non-existent.

Ordered a Wowcher garden mystery deal cos this company. Courier website said it had been delivered but wouldn’t recognise my postcode so unable to view advanced details. No response after messaging and emailing them numerous times. Wowcher has also emailed them to no avail. Avoid avoid avoid.

Said my product had been delivered but we haven’t had anything.

I have purchased garden furniture via wowcher from this company. Delivery was due yesterday, I took the day off work for it to arrive. No contact all day, I've tried to contact on numerous occasions via telephone and email but no response. I am currently on day two of leave from work waiting on product and no one can tell me what is happening. I am extremely frustrated
