My experience with the Black Girl Vitamins affiliate program has been very disappointing.

I was an approved affiliate partner and actively promoted the brand. Later, my partnership was closed, and since then I have been trying to contact the affiliate team regarding my account and pending affiliate matters.

Unfortunately, despite sending multiple emails, I have received little to no meaningful response. It is frustrating when affiliates invest time and effort promoting a brand but cannot get clear communication once issues arise.

I simply want my account to be properly reviewed, any outstanding affiliate matters to be addressed, and clear communication from the affiliate team.

I hope Black Girl Vitamins improves its affiliate support, communication, and transparency so that other affiliates do not have the same experience.

The powder jar was half full. There's no difference in the ways I feel or my body. I wanted to support business, however I will not order from them anymore. I don't want anymore emails or text from them.

Never received my product and they're not helpful at all just.Will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

I made an order and never received confirmation number or information and then when I did, it was for one item and I ordered four. Can’t reach anyone or get a response. Never had an issue before.

While I did experience a major shipping delay, I have to say I love the products!

This is the most racist, racist crap I have ever seen in. Those people should be ashamed of their self and those need to be taken off the shelf before me personally files a complaint and a lawsuit about how racist it is, and I will win the case because I’m white.

I ordered the jar of collagen and it was half full. I paid $36.99 for a full jar. I sent an email, called the phone number listed and got a voice message, also filled out the contact form. No response. Every time I try to give a black owned company a chance they disappoint me.

3 because it took so long to get here, I honestly forgot I ordered them! I will update my review in 90 days.

I wanted so much to support this company and make them apart of my regular hair routine. I purchased my first month of hair skin and nails vitamins apart of the trio with the D3 and the daily. This is supposed to be a 30 day supply. I was taking them together, but did not find simultaneously. I ordered my second batch of the hair vitamins when I had a bout a week and a half left. The second order was delayed and caused about a 3 to 4 day gap. Due to this delay I got on a subscription, the shipping was delayed yet again, so I pivoted and rationed my supply, taken them every other day just to keep something in my system. The day after I finished my last dose, my order comes! Yay, right? WRONG!!!! It was the D3, not the hair, skin and nails. I reached out to customer service explaining what I just explained to you. They sent a replacement, but now I’m over a week without consistent use and do you think they showed any empathy, no? Valuing my business would have looked like to me as “We understand and value your business and recognize that due to our error, you have not had the chance to experience consistency, let us accommodate you by sending double order to restart your journey and get back on track”. Since they don’t care, neither do I and will take my business elsewhere.

I have not received them yet. That is the review. It's been 7 days and they have not left Chicago. I'm in Detroit. Shouldn't take that long. Hopefully they are worth the weight.

Do not trust this company. I purchased a vitamin that cost me $55 US dollars; I live in Canada. After purchasing the product, I did not receive any updates or information regarding the delay or delivery for one month. Despite numerous emails and text messages to the merchant, I only received a message saying, 'Sorry for the delay, be patient.' Following that response, I was told they would send me another bottle, and if I received the original one, I should keep it. At this point, I asked them to issue a refund instead. I did not receive a response until I followed up with additional emails and texts to the customer. A few days later, a UPS courier arrived at my door and asked me to sign for a package, which I was told I needed to pay a customs fee of $64.19 for. I refused to sign for or take possession of the package. The delivery person took it away. I sent a text and email to the owner of Black Girl Vitamin about paying for the product, and I was surprised to learn that I had to pay to receive it. The business owner was aware of this beforehand; they made the decision to use UPS. I am now left with the bill, and after speaking to UPS customer service, they advised me to contact Black Girl Vitamin again. I have done so for the past three weeks, but they continue to refuse to respond. I told them I need them to resolve the issue, but they have not. I am still stuck paying extra for a package I never received, and each week UPS is adding late fees. Black Girl Vitamin is not a trustworthy company; they do not accept responsibility for their actions. They are quick to take our money, but slow to admit fault when it’s their mistake. I will be warning others on all social media platforms not to buy from them. 

I had to dispute the charge. Their website said shipping is between 3-5 business days. They created a shipping label on 7/8 for an order placed on 7/3 on 7/13, I requested a refund which they said it was to late because it was dropped at the post office however it wasn't. I disputed the charge with my financial institution, they canceled the order but didn't refund the money and I'm waiting for my money back from the dispute. This was my first and last time dealing with this company which is sad because I've heard great things about the products. Terrible customer service means this company won't be around long.

First of all, why is the powder in such a large container but half full ❓
Secondly, I have contracted the worst yeast infection from the powder. It took about 2wks before the irritation started and another 2wks for me to figure out what caused the infection. I'm not using this product anymore and looking to give it away 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have ordered from this company before . I got sea moss the collagen gummies the vagina BV gummies and the pills meno chill I believe .. the pills I didn’t see or feel a difference really in the other vitamins either . I figured I will keep buying from this black owned company . Well I reordered my vitamins I received the collagen powder . I ordered the gummies .. I have been trying to get in contact with them via email . They did address the issue and said that they will give me a credit for the cost of the powder .. I requested to be sent the gummies . I haven’t heard one word from this company since .. so I guess that’s it for me ordering anything from them ..

I love that they are advertising,1but the. Ads are too long. I am a product of the microwave generation. If your ads have to be 30 t0 45 seconds long, what are we doing. It makes it seem scammich. Zeelool and Macy's gets it. Why don't you?

The product performance hits every positive marker. My complaint is what the powder. I opened up my container and it was half full. I have sent a message to the company and hopefully they will take heat to this issue. my hope is that they listen, and at least feel the containers for collagen more than half filled.

I ordered a subscription for the collagen peptide powder.

The order came with a frother to mix the powder into the liquid you want to use. The instructions said the frother takes AAA batteries.

I attempted a couple times to put the batteries into the device and they would not fit. I doubled and triple checked and they were definitely triple AAA batteries.

I made a video of my attempts to get the batteries into the device and emailed it to the company on July 1, 2026, to see if I can get another frother.

Today is July 11th and I have yet to receive a response.

Needless to say, I canceled my subscription due to poor customer service.

I am giving them one star because I have to select it. I am totally ashamed that this product is marketed to Black women. This product is so full of sugar and chemicals that it should not be called a vitamin. I have been reaching out to them for a refund, but to no avail. I have called their Chicago contact number and emailed them from my email and from their website. No one has reached out to me. I cancelled all of my products and requested a refund.

When I took the 'candy' vitamins, my legs swelled, my stomach ached, and my head spun. They were the only different intake in my diet. I would like a full refund for the items, howeever all I have seen and heard from the owners is how they are living it up on social media.

They are a disgrace to the Black community.
