Hi Gino, we just wanted to confirm whether a size 11 was sent? Looking at the order, a size 10 was ordered. Regardless of whether the size 10 you ordered was still too large or a size 11 was sent, you are still eligible for our 45-day return policy.

Reliable
I have had quite a few pairs of black hammer boots for work. They are so comfy, they never need breaking in, I can just take them from the box and immediately wear them all day. I walk miles 5 days a week so it's essential they are comfortable and grip well in mud etc. I don't even look elsewhere when they need replacing. Fast delivery too.

Great customer service
Had a problem with a delivery (fault of the third party delivery company) and emailed them about it. I got a prompt response and a replacement sent out immediately and am really pleased at the quick response and professional way this was handled

Hi, we are sorry to hear that the shoe isn't the right fit. The majority of our customers find them true to size; however, we understand there will be slight variations in shoe size, which is why we offer a 45-day returns policy and free exchange to encourage customers to try on their shoes before removing the tags and using them outdoors. For future reference, we have a size chart on the site that shows where to measure the foot for the most accurate and comfortable fit.
