Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Received a damaged item and I could not have received a better response from Black Mango and received a replacement item at no charge.

I found the delivery charge a bit…
I found the delivery charge a bit expensive. Bought two lamps one the shade sits crocked the other the stem which shade sits on is very loose and wobbles. Style of lamps are lovely though and time of delivery was great.

Thank you for your writing a review, please know that delivery charges are based on items size/weight to your postcode, we are glad to hear that they arrived super quick.
In regards to the lamp shades, we are always happy to assess any issues you may have, it sounds as though it could be resolved with a little more pressure on the lamp harp bolt to straighten, after what may be possible transit movement.

The product looks as expected but has unpleasant smell
The product looks as expected but due to the fact that it’s likey an imported product it has a very unpleasant smell - I would describe it like some sort of chemical smell. I’ve been avoiding using it and have gone to the extent of having it steam cleaned which didn’t help unfortunately.

Experienced no issues with online ordering. Was even able to go on a fortnightly repayment plan. Product arrived earlier than I expected with no issues.
