I purchased a beautiful Isla Rocking Chair for my nursery. Not only is my rocking chair absolutely stunning, but I have honestly never been more impressed by a brand’s customer service. Kylie and her team took a vested interest in my order and its delivery, even checking up on the tracking and putting in an enquiry on my behalf without me even needing to ask. I couldn’t recommend Black Mango highly enough and cannot wait to make another order!

I ordered the coffee table on a Wednesday night. I was unpacking it on the Friday lunchtime! Delivery was so quick. I ordered the lighter grain and I'm very pleased I did. The design is contemporary and dimensions true to the descriptions online. No scratches on the glass or timber and everything packaged well. The height is a smidge lower than other coffee tables I was looking at, but it really suits the space with a grey modular and echos the timber in our dining table. I contacted customer service because I stupidly forgot to use the discount for a first purchase and they very kindly honoured this by refunding the amount! Overall my experience with Black Mango has been very positive.

I received my chair so quickly - I ordered it on Saturday and had it by Tuesday! Unfortunately, there was a small tear in the fabric. I contacted the team and they sent me a new one and organised a pick up of the first one quickly and seamlessly. The customer service was amazing and I would recommend using the company to anyone. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Ordered chair on Thursday and arrived on Tuesday. Looks exactly as advertised. Comes with normal chair legs as well as rocking chair legs which is awesome.

I had been hunting for a particular lamp and required some assistance. The online Chat was fantastic and I was referred to Customer Service which was the best, I cannot recall the last time someone in Customer Service made such an effort to assist; located the last of the stock and sent me the link to purchase.
Once I placed my order I had the lamps within 2 days!
