Just received the last of our (my wife and myself) LPA documentation. We started the process in January but didn't expect it to take this long. The system is struggling due to Covid, so don't put it off. If there's a mistake on your paperwork it has to be done again, at additional cost and delay so use a professional with the knowledge and experience like Ashley. He's a great guy and puts you at ease instantly, and explains it all in layman's terms. It's actually quite frightening when you learn of the consequences of not registering your LPA's. Ashley also did our wills, and again gave us exactly what we wanted. He turned a daunting gloomy task into positive experience - a little humor helped and it lightened the process. None of knows what's around the corner, but it's a good feeling to know everything is in place, set up by a true professional. If the need arises, we'll be using Ashley again.
