NOT “EASY RETURNS” as website stated. Update from an order made in November 2025. Needed to return most of my order for size issues. After almost 4 months I finally get an email with a return address in China. I don’t consider waiting 4 months for return information. That doesn’t appear EASY to me. Glad those who are happy with their orders. I didn’t find the quality of some items that stellar. My advice: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. FALSE EASY RETURNS CLAIM.

Out of 3 items only 2 arrived. The quality is OK, but not perfect. Since 2,5 months I'm struggling with refund for undelivered item. No communication, templated promises. Phone on the website is fake and is switched off, it's not an UK company, fake address on their website. I have started the charge back form my CC company.Don't buy here, don't waste your time!

Order placed on the 7th dec and still not received. Contacted company on the 28th January and their reply on the 30th was that they would check the status of my order and get back to me. I am still waiting. I have now requested a refund.
I would never recommend ordering from this company. My order was 79.00 and so far it feels like I have been robbed!!

I wouldn’t give them one star! I purchased 9 items and all but 2 didn’t fit. I alerted BOTW a day after I received it. The website said easy returns. Well 6 weeks later and being ghosted for a week, I got a reply. I had to send pictures of my purchase in its bags. I did so so a couple more weeks go by and they said they will send me the return address 2 weeks later still no address. Sitting on £200 of returns and still getting ghosted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will dispute this charge with the Credit card company. Dirt bags! Buyer beware.

The pricing appears fair for what you receive; the techwear designs really stand out and are quite excellent. Though I would have wished shipping had been a little bit faster, the quality and general look were strong and met my expectations once the items came.

Excellent pick and appealing items. Materials are suitable but not outstanding. Would contemplate buying once again, but they could perform substantially better.

With a lovely cyberpunk vibe, the apparel is excellent. Shipping was longer than I had anticipated, but the quality is average.

ALL EMAILS BOUNCE BACK. THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO ANY ATTEMPTS ACROSS PLATFORMS TO CONTACT THEM. THEY ONLY SENT “DESPATCH CONFIRMATION” (WHICH SEEMS WEIRDLY DEFENSIVE IN ITS WORDING 😂) IN RESPONSE TO A BANK CHARGEBACK

THEY USE STOLEN/AI GENERATED IMAGES AND DON’T DESERVE EVEN THE SINGLE STAR I’M FORCED TO GIVE THEM

Gave me the wrong size for one of the items and refused to offer a refund. Unacceptable.

As much with many reviews, complete lack of feedback and information from the company which is NOT based in the UK, the financial part of the company is Blackout Techwear Australia but the actual shipping is from a company in China and I can say the quality is low. The products are not as described and some of the items have a distinct mildew smell, sizing is also smaller than expected as for many clothing items from China. As an example, I ordered "Sci-Fi Gloves" which show on the website as having LED lights, they do not, making them expensive basic gloves. Now I want to return items and I'm being ignored. Their phone number in Manchester is also disconnected, do yourself a favour, do not order from these people.

Item (functional lighter ring) not at all as described - not metal, not functional, not even the right size. Contacted the customer service email 3 times over the last two weeks and keep getting the same ‘I’ll get back to you email’. Having to go to my bank for a refund.

pretty bad experience all around - they make it seem like their entire company is based in the UK, warehouse included, but then ship from China, at least in my case.

the shirt i ordered has a print issue that was bad enough to warrant an exchange, however, they want me to fully cover the costs to return the item... with international shipping to China, that's half the price the shirt is even worth.

i feel like it isn't my responsibility to cover the cost for shipping for an exchange when i buy an item under the impression i buy from somewhere UK based *AND* when it has an acknowledged flaw.

to top it all off, their OFFICIAL return address they list on their website is in Manchester, so why do i have to ship ANYTHING back to China to begin with?! do better.

Item sent was chepa tat, not as shown or described on the website.

I liked what I received, but it took over two weeks to get here. Not ideal if you're in a hurry.

Looks great but the sizing chart was off for me. Had to exchange.

Two-week delivery on my strap cargo pants - not bad, but got the wrong color and size. Quality's on point though! Team offered to make it right. Word of advice: double-check your order details before confirming. Still worth checking out Blackout!

Took their biggest size but still came up short. Sent a couple emails about a refund since I only tried it on once. After some back and forth, they came through with a full refund and let me keep the item. Can't complain about that resolution!

Definitely scamming customers. Bought 3 items. Only 2 came after a lot longer than dictated on their website. I've queried the 3rd item by sending multiple emails. All have been ignored. Will be reporting them. Don't buy anything from them.

Only received part of my order and was ghosted by them when I asked for a refund on the items I hadn't received and to return the items I had. The items I did receive were very poor quality with mis-spelled lettering and not at all like the photos online. When looking on the website it seemed like the company was in the UK but it's clear this isn't true and they're based, I think, in France drop-shipping from China. The website contains a lot of AI generated content and I feel a bit stupid for getting fooled by it. I honestly don't think the 5* reviews are real. Eventually I had to go through my bank to get a refund and they didn't respond to the bank either. Avoid!

You can not contact these people. When I try to track my order it says Order can not be found
