Thanks to everyone at Blacks especially Callum who went above and beyond in selling our 39-year-old business and helped to complete the sale in two and a half weeks, Blacks knowledge and communications were excellent and I can’t recommend them enough, also a thank you to Chelsea how covered for Callum for a day, simply five star service.

I decided to go with Blacks after being with another agent for 6 months who did nothing.

Ian Ratcliff, one of Black selling agents, worked beyond what was needed of him to get a sale, he saved loads of Solicitors money, by working with both seller and buyer, to sort out little differences, that solicitors would have charged for, I can't thank him enough.
