I visited The Little Salon and Spa a few days ago for a massage and was not disappointed. I was recommended the Spa by friends and was not disappointed. The friendly staff were so polite and lovely and the massage was incredible so I've booked again! Thank you.

The only thing we enjoyed at this hotel were the views, especially the one with the hotel in the rear view mirror in the car leaving.
This was a horrible stay!
We had booked for 2 nights in September 2023 for a supposed treat and unfortunately paid full price of around £700. What a total waste of money. When we booked we believed we would have a choice of 3 restaurants and real quality space within the hotel to roam about and enjoy. The bar is very cramped, the lounge area is 2 sofas in front of the reception desk and their restaurant is closer to the kind of motor way café you want to avoid. The tables were sticky and service was just bad.
We had dinner the first night. We chose an Indian meal. The chicken curry was a few lumps of chicken in gravy, plus a small bowl of steamed rice. The naan was closer to a pizza disc with garlic butter painted onto it. Yet the prices were sky high. Breakfast. We got down there halfway through their serving window to find nearly all of the containers empty of food. What was there and what I saw people taking out looked undercooked. The one rasher of bacon left in the steel container was swimming in fat. An American couple in front collecting their toast from the belted toaster exclaimed – “Oh my god, they can’t even make toast”
We did not eat there again.
We had paid extra for a room with a view and balcony. The room was a conventional rectangle with the bathroom sitting within. The linen was clean and bed comfortable, but all the lower surfaces were still dusty and the exit onto the balcony was filthy covered with bird excrement. This did not get cleaned during our stay.
