Very customer orientated and responsive. Good advice offered on a regular basis by Richard and Anita is always there as support. The new office also a lot handier for me ! Excellent Operation.

Very happy
Having attended a Blacktower presentation in 2019, I engaged the services of one of their financial advisors and have been impressed by the level of professionalism throughout. I was particularly impressed with their pragmatic approach to investing, their transparency in explaining fees and the fact that at no time did I feel under pressure to commit.

Recommendation for an investment
I found the advisor (Keith Littlewood) very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained some options and the differing charges, and in particular the relevant Spanish collective bonds and the tax implications which he understood was paramount to my needs. He suggested some funds and showed me how i can search for myself to either agree to his suggestions or pick my own.
I also found Keith very friendly and easy to talk to, so that we established a rapport very quickly.

A professional and efficient service
After making my initial request for an update regarding my funds, I was contacted by Richard Mills. Not only was Richard friendly and courteous, he was also very efficient. I have dealt with Blacktower on several occasions over the past few years and I shall definately continue to do so.
