Look elsewhere for your "luxury yacht charter"
If you don't have time to read this review, know that this felt like a budget airline experience (Spirit Airlines) at luxury yacht prices.
Our crew was professional, friendly, and attentive, and they are not the reason for this review. This is the reason for not giving just a 1-star review.
The problems were with the company itself. We booked what was marketed as a luxury charter, yet nearly everything felt like an upsell. A bottle of basic Prosecco cost an additional €70, despite wine already being included. Beyond a fruit plate, no other snacks were offered. We were also shocked to learn there was effectively a €100 surcharge to pay with a Visa debit card (€500 versus €400 cash) for use of 1 Seabob, which is an extraordinary premium.
The biggest disappointment was the paddleboards. They were advertised as part of the experience and were one of the main reasons our daughter was excited for the day. We were told they couldn't be used because of "unsafe wind conditions," yet we were simultaneously encouraged to swim in the exact same water without flotation devices. The explanation simply didn't add up.
When we raised these concerns afterward, the company responded with lengthy justifications rather than acknowledging how the overall experience fell well short of what was promised.
For the amount we paid, we expected a true luxury charter. Instead, we felt like every opportunity was taken to charge more while delivering less. There are too many excellent charter companies in Greece to settle for one that leaves you feeling this way.
