Blaines has an amazing body of skilled innovative designers, builders, kitchen fitters, electricians, plumbers that all work under the blaine umbrella. I had every trust in them. They designed and built me a kitchen and a bathroom which was very much more than I had hoped for.
From the first day when speaking with the salesman, who was very helpful and nothing was too much for him, to now with my completed works, I would recommend Blaines to anybody.

The quotation price did not vary despite the many unknowns hiding behind a twenty year old kitchen.

We needed to replace half our kitchen to make it accessible for a wheelchair user. As our regional supplier of Symphony Freedom kitchens, Anthony and Blaine were very patient as we considered all the possible options and permutations.

The teams all travelled from the Norwich area, which is about two hours from us: apart from the specialist fitter who travelled from Liverpool ( 4 hours)! And all arrived on the planned days at the planned times.

Each team of fitters, electricians, plumbers and plasterers was exemplary, courteous, punctual and very clean and tidy. The kitchen floor looked cleaner after they left than when they arrived!

Anthony and Blaine were always contactable by phone or email, responding usually within an hour with detailed responses to any queries, and contacting us proactively throughout the two weeks it took to do the work.

The agreed work schedule was actually completed ahead of time.

It was a big investment but we feel it is money very well spent, and it will certainly add to our quality of life.

We are very happy with our new shower room fitted by blaines I need a seat and grab rail in shower this was no problem.
The workmen were very friendly and cleaned up every night they covered the flooring in and out of property to protect it p, in fact when they left every day you would not have known any work had been done there was not mess at all.
I would use blaines again as the whole process was completely painless and straightforward.
