Great Service

I had a problem with my order, but when i reached out i had an immediate response and within a couple hours they fixed the problem and sent me a new order. Great service!

My partner bought a hoodie a an xmas…

My partner bought a hoodie a an xmas gift for son via their website. Ordered 18th Nov and as of 11th Dec nothing has arrived. She has emailed them and had no replies. I have since checked their website today and nothing but a small amount of text stating store is now closed? My partner is now trying to claim the money back via her bank.

I made an order on 15/11/2024
I had seen all the hype, loved the style and designs so decided to make a purchase
I received an email on the 22nd of November stating my order had been delayed due to shipping issues with products and I would receive it by the following Friday being the 29th
They offered me a 15% off discount code during this communication which is fair enough.

Since contact on 22/11/24. I have received nothing further. My item hasn’t been dispatched, and nothing has been explained to me

I have made contact with the company twice through their ‘contact us’ page and have had no response to 2 different communications now

I appreciate Black Friday may be a busy period for the company, however, I made this purchase 2 weeks before Black Friday and paid full price for this item

I am currently in the process of speaking to my bank to get money refunded and transaction blocked as if anything I have been scammed out of my money and received no product

I hope no one else experiences this with this company. A shame as the products do look very appealing

Wouldn’t recommend personally from my experience

Complete scam

Complete scam. Ordered a hoody for my son which didn’t fit and have emailed them six times regarding a refund. They have completely ignored me and I suspect they’re waiting for the 14 day deadline for returns to be up. £100 down and a hoody we can’t use!

Received stain marked item

I purchased a T-Shirt. Designs are really nice and the quality is definitely there. However once I received my order the T-Shirt has come with a stain mark on. I’ve contacted them 3 times within a weeks space so plenty of time to reply to try and get it resolved and had no response. So now I’m left with a T-Shirt with a big stain mark on, shocking
