I have been working with Chris Peterson and the guys at Blaze.for a bit over 2 months now. They have been helping me publish my first book in a trilogy They have been very helpful. Whenever I get caught up and have any questions Chris is right there explaining everything to me in layman's terms. I knew I would And have an issue uploading my book to Amazon. Chris and the guys re worked the book several times so it would be accepted by Amazon. I was expecting a large charge because they did so much work but they didn't add a cent. I have been burned more than a few times online so I am always a bit nervous when dealing with a new company. During the time we have worked together I trust them fully They have done everything they said they would and they have not tried to add any charges. In fact they have done more than what I paid them for. I am doing three books and I will be using Blaze publishing for all three books. P.s. they did a really kick ass job on my social media ads and postings. Very happy there. .

They should be honest and deliver on their contracts. They developed a website for me, charged me and I paid, but when I asked them for the credentials to the website and they have been dodging me.
Not on only that, they lied that they were in the US - Wyoming, specifically, but that was also untrue. Don't ever use them if you can avoid it.

We respectfully disagree with this claim and would like to place the facts on record.
The website was developed as a custom project for $400, fully in accordance with the agreed scope. All completed website files were delivered and made publicly accessible, which constitutes fulfillment of the contract. The agreement did not include hosting ownership, server credentials, or post-delivery management, and no such services were paid for.
Any suggestion of non-delivery is therefore inaccurate.
Regarding our location, we operate as a remote service provider working with international clients; no contractual obligation was tied to a specific geographic location.
We remain committed to professional standards and contractual compliance and are open to resolving any genuine concerns through proper communication.
