I was looking for a quality US-made…
I was looking for a quality US-made fireplace toolset for a gift to my Son. Most of the stuff on the market is Chinese junk. The Pilgrim set I bought was made for a lifetime of use. I think my Son will enjoy using it the set for years to come.

Great Experience
Great Experience. Great price, great communication. I bought a large linear fireplace and it was packaged well for shipping. I've purchased the same fireplace from another online retailer, and it wasn't packaged well and arrived with the glass shattered. Much better experience with Blazzing Fire.

Good customer service, questionable shipping
The item was correct and quickly shipped. The box was bashed badly all over, luckily my goods weren't damaged, but it made me question about ordering again.

First, Blazzing Fire's prices were the best I could find on the internet and much better than local companies. Second, I got a discount coupon. When it didn't work I called customer service and they gave me a replacement code immediately. When I placed the order I was advised it would take 3-5 business days. My package arrived within three days and included everything I needed. Installation was easy and instructions were complete. They even included an extra holiday package and a nice personal thank you note. Best experience I have ever had with an online vendor.
