BLCKSMTH Apparel Avis 

I've always had positive experiences with blcksmth and can't praise their products enough in the 2 years since discovering them but this time things were awful. I made an order on 27th July and come today 14th August I opened a paypal case asking for my money back as the order had not arrived. I was told they would give a replacement not a refund and politely asked for a refund and was told no. I reminded them of the Consumers Right Act and that I am legally allowed to ask for a refund on items that have not arrived and can not be forced to accept a replacement. After quoting the law and the CRA they seem to have gone silent. Paypal dispute has been escalated to a claim.

Ordered the new Ospreay jerseys, lets hope they show up or don't suddenly cancel those or make me wait as a punishment for executing my statutory rights in law.

I ordered a jersey and it was size too small but they new one was coming out. They helped and swapped for a size bigger in the new jersey.

Easy customer service and will definitely order more!

Bought the omega T on release last year from the AEW pop up shop, issues with T 7 months later, Allan dealt with and arranged a replacement when restocked as it’s a nightmare trying to deal with the AEW store. Highly recommend

Aside from the delivery side of things where my parcel got held in customs for a week and a half, the jersey/shirt is amazing. Out doing my expectations, this jersey is amazing, so comfy and fits straight out of the packaging. Will definitely wear this often and if a jon Moxley/ death riders one gets made I will be purchasing it too!!!

The merch is absolutely top notch. As good as any premierleague kit, and way higher quality than anything ive seen at a wrestling show. Fit is perfect too.
