I still have an incomplete order. Ordered a set a 4 got those there was a deal to get another and just pay shipping. That is missing. The quality is not what I expected.

Never received the package
Never received the package. The shipping company they use is Chinese snd they dont take a photo for proof of delivery. When you try to go on the shipping companies website for support its all in chinese. bleora has not been helpful. Buying from Chinese companies is almost always a scam

Nope
Will never buy from you guys again. Terrible customer service and when you pay for something you don't get it or pay for expedited shipping and just get BS emails back. Its been 2 weeks since I placed an order and you guys are sending me this...? Like I got my order...? what a joke. I have already reached out to my CC company as the gift never arrived or on time for a B day present

These bracelets were PERFECT! Also, when I wasn't sure the timing of my order the Bleora team was amazing.. so responsive! I gave the second bracelet to my husband and he loved it too

The jewelry I purchased is beautiful
The jewelry I purchased is beautiful. Your customer service is phenomenal. When the package was delivered, I couldn't find it, and I reported it as not received. A few days later, I was blowing leaves in my yard and saw something white in them. I picked it up, and it was the package. I guess the wind blew such a small, light package off the steps and into the leaves. I'm happy everything worked out. Thank you for checking in with me. Great Customer Service.
