Top Quality and Excellent Service
I’m an online customer from Germany and couldn’t be happier. The prices are more than fair, the packaging was perfect, and delivery was fast. I can absolutely recommend this shop and will definitely continue ordering from them in the future. I’ll be sure to visit when I’m in Prague.

EMPTY BOX ARRIVED- though received refund
(Update (16/12/2025); I’ve amended stars and review here as the company did issue a full refund- the reality is however, I don’t have enough time to order and receive another labubu for Christmas- this company need to carefully look at their chosen transport companies as they believe the item was removed in transit- from my perspective I still received an empty box! From a customer service perspective i found this company aggressive and accusatory to deal with.) I ordered a labubu from this site on 26/11/2025- nearly 3 weeks later an empty box arrived- it just contained a few free stickers that were to accompany my order. I paid 54 eur for a small labubu and delivery. I’m in Ireland and the box was delivered by An Post. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so I’m left high and dry.

we will solve the problem and we ask you to
send us more pictures of the damaged box, more detailed please, we need to send it to our courier. It seems like this was actually opened and removed by courier , obviously we send the original product which was inside. We are Czech Company and have thousands of satisfied customers, you can check our socials , unboxing and also Czech rating sites as as heureka.cz , you can just put our company there - Blindbox.cz and you can put easily to translate what our customers say.
You are right, you are our customer and we are communicating right away trying to help you with this situation. Without any hesitation and basically no chance us to explaining - you gave us 1 star rating on trustpilot.
One more and last time , you blamed us and you wrote that we are SCAM, which is not fair and not truth, this is something what is charge against us and serious accusation. This is complete lie.
We will solve this situation by finding our where the problem is (from tomorrow , today is Sunday) and we will give you the refund.

Habido algunas complicaciones por el envió, estado comunicándome varias veces por llamada en la tienda de Madrid y no lo cogían, llame a otro numero que es de una oficina independiente de no tienda, atencion al cliente de BlindBox y ahi me cojieron la llamada., tres veces llame y de la última vez me dijeron, que me enviarían una captura de pantalla, que estaba de camino el paquete y ni me lo enviaron esa imagen por whatssapp,… yo recomendaría aquellos que quieren comprar las figuras, comprarlo en persona en Madrid o en Barcelona, porque al comprarlo por online dan algunos errores,… pero al final, de una semana que realice la compra, me a llegado todo bien en perfectas condiciones y una ilustración por los agradecimientos de la compra,… 😊

Horrible experience
Made an order with 32 tins, on the website it says "free promo card" next to the tin. The price of one item was €18. When I ordered 32, as consumer I am expecting 32 promo cards. They didn't deliver and blamed the consumer for their mistake.

Blindbox.eu, your response avoids the core issue. The product page showed a promo card next to the tin with the text “free promo card” and did not state any limitation such as “one per order.” A reasonable customer would therefore expect one promo card per tin purchased. Shifting the blame to the customer does not change how the promotion was presented.
Whether I placed another order later is irrelevant and unprofessional to bring up publicly. This review concerns one specific order and a misleading promotion that was not fulfilled. Unfortunately, instead of taking responsibility or offering a fair solution, you chose to deny the issue, which confirms my experience and the reason for this review.

This was actually fault of our customer, he didn’t get the whole idea and misunderstood the commercial and haven’t been able to accept the truth.
We were trying to help this man and find the way , also even he was complaining about us, he kept ordering at our website which is kind of funny when you share this rating and you keep buying stuff from our website , it doesn’t doesn’t make sense :-) We have a proof of more orders from the same man.
We have thousands of happy and satisfied customers, we are on the market over 10
