Ordered as a Christmas present. Delivery was prompt and product was very good. Overall very pleased, can’t complain.

I ordered a club jersey mystery box on the 18th of December. Very pleased to have recieved this today with good communication regarding delivery. I was wary due to negative reviews on this site and others. But my experience was positive and I will have a very pleased son on Christmas Day! A Crusaders jersey I’m sure he will love. Thanks

Received jerseys that didnt match criteria ordered. Sent them back. Received 2 more & again not what I ordered. Now 2 late to return & order elsewhere for Christmas. I don't want to return then as I'm not sure they'll send refund. All 4 shirts could have been purchased elsewhere at half price. Complete take on. Do not use

Shirt arrived as promised. 4 stars as delivery took longer than expected and response to emails is slow.

Brought a box as a gift for my nephew. I saw the reviews on here after I made my purchase and I got worried, also because several days in and I still hadn't received my shipping confirmation. I ordered on Tuesday and they arrived today (Saturday) 2 reasons why I give 4 and not 5 stars are the lack of communication and I feel the fact you pay £10+ for the same shirt you can get elsewhere for the novelty of the surprise is a little steep. My experience has been mostly positive and the shipping turned out to be surprisingly quick and the shirt is great.

This is a scam, do not waste your money. Placed an order two weeks ago, have been chasing and it very little communication back. Also refuse to send me my tracking number!

Ordered a box for my 14 year old son, he received a crusaders, New Zealand jersey and was over the moon. Delivery was on time and a slight error I made when ordering was sorted and changed very quickly. Thank you!

Ordered a vintage mystery box. Received a really nice Stade Francais jersey

My teenage son ordered rugby shirts which never arrived. On contacting customer service they made a slow response but eventually said they would issue a refund. This never arrived despite repeated emails to customer support which were ignored. Don’t use this company!!

Do not order. Agree with previous reviews. This is a scam. Here is the history. And jersey still not received for my sons birthday. They are clever enough to register a “package has been despatched” with Royal Mail so there is even a tracking number. But it remained on that status.

20th November - email received order shipped
24 November - email received to say not in stock. Promise made the replacement would arrive early the following week.
24 November - assurance given it would arrive on time early this week. Repeated request for a tracking number. Tracking number sent status shows they registered a delivery but Royal Mail has not received. This has remained the status
5 December - no sign of a jersey.

Birthday missed and a very upset 13 year old.

Well i placed my order 22 days ago and ive just received it, bad customer service, sent multiple emails but no reply. after i received it i was very disappointed because they advertised their shirts as something else and then they sell a completely different shirt, the quality was horrible and the fact that i paid £38 and i looked online and the shirt i order was actually £28 in sports direct was appalling. Awful experience, definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone. SCAM

My teenage son ordered from them, using his own pocket money. He received an email saying his order was shipped and continued to email them daily after no order arrived. They do not send proof of shipping or tracking number. Definately think this is a scam, as scammers usually keep communicating then disappear.

Order placed on 5/11/25 acknowledged then nothing truly a scam it seems , no contact telephone number and the email address used to chase order is ignored my grandson will now be disappointed as this order was his Christmas gift for me he
