It took awhile to get here but is worth it. The bottle is beautiful and I love the product.

Loved the product. Ordered from EU, so I payed almost double just for delivery, but I don't regret it one bit. Application is a bit tricky, but it's so worth it!!

This made using eyeliner easier for me and I love how it looks.

Fantastic product and tutorials, because I needed them when applying this product. Such great quality and love the bottle as well. Very luxurious.

Very bad customer service late replies my order hasn’t arrived after tracking it’s been at post office over a week and when contacting blinkeria customer service still no reply

delivery took 3 weeks which i know is a fault by royal mail but still not ideal for my first order. secondly, i ordered the heart keychain kohl but no keychain. the applicator kind of sucks, it doesn't disperse the powder on it very well even after shaking. ive been applying kohl for years in the recommended method so it's not really a user error. 2 stars for fast customer service response and i guess the kohl powder's alright not too smudgey.
Edit: smudges a lot so not worth purchasing

I’m so excited to finally get your kohl—it’s been on my wishlist for years! The bottle is beautiful and of superb quality, the kohl goes on like a dream (after remembering to moisten the tip on my eye to get the kohl to stick of course!), I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Product was easy to track, even from out of country. Arrived with no issues and product is exactly as promised. Having the QR codes to tutorials was really helpful. Still getting familiar with how to apply it, but I love it so far

I believe this is a good product, which is why I still want to have it. But for over 6 months now my order has not arrived and after an initial offer from Blinkaria to replace it or get my money back and I said I want a replacement of the exact same order, no one has replied to my multiple follow up emails about my replacement for months. I would be glad to finally get my replacement and be able to take this review down because I have heard good things from other customers.

absolutely terrible customer service. my order could not be delivered and was returned to sender. I tried to resolve it with USPS, but they had already sent it back and directed me back to the seller. I sent multiple emails over 10 days with no response. they only refunded my purchase after I filed a chargeback. and now that I have disputed the charge, they are responding to me within minutes. this order was initially placed almost two months ago now. I work in customer support and this could have been resolved easily with better (or any) communication.
