​Initial assessment seemed promising.

​Initial assessments and communications with this company seemed promising. AJ was sharp and willing to work with me on the over $4k price tag of the package (with an additional $99 per month for their home grown CRM and another $100 per month for LinkedIn sales navigator which their CRM depends on). They offered online, self-paced training which all sounded good. The "hook" was "Helping B2B Experts Close An Extra 1-5 Deals Every Month" which all sounded good to me. The reality was sadly nowhere close to this. After 10 months and several interactions with them where I specifically said I was not pleased with the results and needed to make adjustments. Every contact was attended by at least a day delay, and most often 2 or more via Slack (even when I raced to the screen to respond quickly to their reply). I complained about this on several occasions in which I was gaslit and made to feel that I had been improper in some way by voicing my frustration. There is nothing at all like "same day" support. You can schedule a video conferencing call, but that is most often a week or more in advance, which is of little use to anyone trying to run a business.

To date, I have spent over $5,000 on this endeavor and received not a single sale. The self-paced training was out of date with the handouts that were provided in the beginning, resulting in ridiculous delays (alongside of my personal issues which also caused delays). After 4 months of setup and rewriting my website to coordinate with the materials they finally provided, we went live. In that time, I have not made one sale: I have received less than 5 (and more like 2) actual leads, and opened myself up to every other marketing company trying to sell me their scam as well. They've spammed people from my account on LinkedIn (all with my blessing of course because that is what they said needed to be done), and through my email account (again, for the same reasons).

Let’s clear a few things up:
Response Times: Our service agreement and onboarding materials clearly outline our communication policy:

AVAILABILITY: Company office hours are from 9:00 AM CST – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays. Please allow up to 24 business hours for responses. It may take longer to receive a response via email. Guaranteed response times are only valid if communication is happening within your assigned Slack channel.

While we often respond faster than this, especially same-day, that is not the standard we promise. This clause is in your signed agreement and visible during onboarding.

Extra Flexibility: We extended a custom 12-month payment plan to support you during a difficult time—something we’ve never offered before and, moving forward, will no longer offer again. It was a good-faith gesture that clearly wasn’t appreciated or effective.

Communication & Support: We send weekly satisfaction check-ins where clients can report issues, delays, or feedback. You never used those opportunities to flag concerns. That’s exactly why we have them in place—to avoid miscommunications and ensure clients feel heard in real time.

Service Type: It’s worth clarifying that you were in our Done-With-You program, where you execute parts of the strategy with our guidance. The majority of our clients choose our Done-For-You offering, where we take full control of outreach execution. Results and timelines differ based on that distinction, which was clearly outlined during onboarding.

Escalation Attempts: I personally reached out to you via Slack, phone, email, and text before this review ever went live. You didn’t respond. Instead, you posted a public, highly negative review without taking the opportunity to work toward a solution. That’s disappointing and doesn’t reflect how we typically resolve client challenges.

Lead Quality & Campaign Performance: As with any outreach campaign, success depends on consistent follow-up and sales execution. We did provide support along the way, and your assigned Account Manager—who was unexpectedly in the emergency room the week this review was posted—was still actively assisting up until that point.

We’re a small business that truly depends on the honest feedback and support of our clients to grow. That’s why this kind of public post—especially without any effort to resolve things privately—feels especially damaging and out of step with the tone of our prior conversations.

To be candid, this approach feels less like a fair critique and more like venting aimed at the wrong people. Given your history of similar reviews for companies like T-Mobile, Grubhub, and Elementor, I’m not sure if this is just how you do business—or if something else is going on.

Either way, all interactions on our end are documented, timestamped, and verifiable.

We’ve always been willing to find a resolution—and still are. If you'd like to have a real conversation, my door is open.

Highly recommend

The first month I worked with them, I did not get Leads. Then they Advised that I changed my target audience a little bit and by month two, the appointments and clients were rolling in. I highly recommend them. They have integrity and work with you to get you results.
