For your next order you can find the size chart information to the right of the "add to cart" button (just above it and along the right size of the screen). Your company has selected the on demand model for their store, so items are produced on demand and shipped as they become available. This can result in longer fulfillment times.

Still sent an X-Large shirt
when placing my order, I accidently order an X-large and I asked them if they could switch it out and they assured me they changed it to the large shirt that I was needing. Got my shirt in and it's still an x-large. Very disappointed that they still sent me an x-large after telling me they fixed it.

Our CRM does allow for live tracking updates however this results in an email for every status update from the carrier (around 15-20 emails per shipment) and due to complaints we turned that feature off. We will provide the feedback to our CRM to see about better options in the future.
