Fantastic Program
I thought I knew a lot about nutrition before I started BBU, but boy was I wrong. The knowledge I have gained is incredible and will stay for me the rest of my life. The coaches are incredible.

Life Changing!
Bliss Body has been fantastic for me, I am down 21.1kg in just over 8 months, I enjoy all food and snacks and my coach Bec has been amazing. The whole team offer coaching with nutrition exercise and rest and understand real situations and help you navigate life in general. The easiest program I have ever done eating real food and living normally . Highly recommend this program to anyone !

Did the VIP plan
Did the VIP plan, it's simple but highly effective. I struggled with motivation and consistency and so having a coach to speak to was the missing piece for me! So grateful for this plan, thanks

I would highly recommend BBU for any ladies between 40-60. Not only have I successfully lost 30+ kg myself I feel fantastic . The coaches are amazing with their knowledge and guidance.
