This company you cannot contact through there email I have tried to cancel my order as all the reviews about there products are not what they say they are the company is a scam selling fake products of poor quality do not waste your money there not reputable only a scam company .I would also like to add that the products from this company were not for me they were for my daughter who has been diagnosed with cancer,i spent $225.00 US on 9 bottles of methylene blue and a bottle of sour sop to try and save my daughter who is an emergency nurse always going beyond her limits to help others ,I am a pensioner not a rich man but I love my daughter and was trying to help her through this rough patch to get what I thought was a reputable company but I was wrong ,I am now researching other products and companies to be able to help her so that is my story and if it stops someone else from making the same mistake I will have done I think something good

I believe the item I received is a fake toxic product. I took a 3 drop dose mixed in water. Within 20 min I had constant runny nose, eyes watering, like an allergy. This was followed by excessive bloating frequent bowel movements (14 x in 24 hours) My urine never turned blue/green. My adverse effects lasted for 3 days. Also, the packaging appears like a "copy" with poor print quality, almost illegible. I certainly DO NOT TRUST THIS PRODUCT!!
I have no idea what the content was but I will not take it again that's for sure.

Don’t do it! I asked for the lab documents and they said it’s online, it is not. There website specifically says “available upon request. So I requested them, multiple times. No lab document ever produced by Blissta. I followed all the requirements for a refund but Blissta refused to give me a refund authorization. After 10 emails back and forth, they ghosted me. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH. I tried it and it doesn’t even turn your pee blue. No proof via lab document and no blue pee….its fake.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered 3 weeks ago and STILL haven't received the product. Now I see all of the negative reviews... I'm beginning to think I've been scammed.

Original order was shipped from within US but repeat order gave an original USPS label but showed delayed then updated a few days later with a GFS tracking out of China. Scam. Do not buy.

Scam, don’t communicate, set up a subscription and even when they agree to cancel, they still send a notification for shipping so they can justify not giving you all your money back. Awful people!

They market this stuff as made in the us IT IS NOT SHIPS FROM CHINA. been over 10 days still in customs

I never received the ordered/purchased methylene blue product! No tracking number provided.

I can't even get connected to buy it! While on their site, it drove me to the 'get a discount' "scratch to see how much" and it was 10%
Then it said go to your email to get the number for the 10% discount.
They were not in my email inbox list at all, and after waiting and checking several times....
So I called the number and an old incoherent man in NY answered and was so confused, he hung up.
After looking up reviews, it seems like this company might be hooked up to a host of companies, or they have been hacked so we can't get to them directly. And they aren't very good hackers! In the presentation they mentioned they and one other MBlue provider had the same higher quality. Now to find them. Ugh.

My story is the same as all the others. I have to admit that I have been a complete idiot for not doing any research first on the blissta company! I just waisted my money I received nothing in return! They claim my parcel 📦 was delivered? But I have CCTV. I rewinded back my video footage! Nobody delivered anything to my house. Yes!! Learn from me and all the others Blissta is a "SCAM" organized by worthless rats!! They just want to steal your money and "RUN"

I wont even give them one star. I order on the 13th. Its says 2 to 3 business days countless emailes asking for refund. They are not in the states comes from China. I reached out to them several times calling with no answer but a machine. I emailed and asked how long will this take to process they said shipping would get back to me after 4 days of hearing nothing!!!! Then I wrote them i heard at 2.30am on a email stating shipping would let me know 24 to 48 hours later. Never heard anything. Email them the next day asked for refund I was emailed again told shipping would get back to me another 24 to 48 hours. Never heard a word. Next day I get its been shipped at 2.34am on the 21st. On the 19 I had asked for a refund. Then after that email I get one that says sorry your product has been shipped can not refund your money. I am beyond pissed. I have disputed the charges. Still its the 23rd and no product.

It is a very big scam so I advise not to trust that site

I ordered from Blissta and found out from USPS directly that Blissta used counterfeit stamps to ship the package. My package that I never received is now property of USPS. I don't trust Blissta and they should definitely be investigated.

I'm very very surprised to hear such scathing reviews of this company. My experience was the exact opposite. This is the 3rd Methylene Blue company I've used and the ONLY one that I feel almost immediately, and most definitely turns my urine blue.

In fact, it shocked me the first time because the others didn't do that. After reading this initially, I cancelled my subscription and that process also went well.

I'm now using a different brand that also doesn't work and doesn't even turn my urine the same dark blue and make me feel any different, nor changes my urine. I'm strongly considering going back to Blissta. For me personally, the proof was/is in the pudding.

I will say this, my malware app blocks the website everytime for some reason. Which is concerning.

It did turn my urine blue and seemed to help with cognition. BUT...
Order cancellation policy SUCKS. "Refund" ends up being only half of what you paid due to fees and shipping costs. Other companies have a better, more consistent product. Enjoy my money, Blissta, you'll never see another dime. UPDATE: They shipped my order using counterfeit postage! That is highly illegal. I took the package to the post office and they disposed of it. Discover gave me a full refund. Blissta sent another and when it got here i promptly emptied all bottles and threw them in the TRASH.

I ordered methylene blue on11/12/25 received it on 11/22/25 the package didn't have the product I ordered it's a cheap dog grooming comb tried calling them no answer i went through PayPal so I opened a case don't buy from this company it's a scam it's toilet bowl blue.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:
This company is TRASH and their customer service needs to have a "dis" in front of service. I have tried for 3 straight days to cancel a subscription that I didn't sign up for. Their Customer Disservice sent me several emails with instructions on what to do even though I REPEATEDLY requested them to simply cancel my so-called "subscription". Each time, I followed the instructions to a T and was NEVER able to receive the promised cancellation link. To make a miserable experience worse, they went ahead and charged me to a "renewal" of the so-called subscription today. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this TERRIBLE and borderline criminal company. I will be filing a complaint our state's AG (Kentucky) as well as the state's AG where they are incorporated as doing business.

On September 25, 2025, I ordered three bottles of methylene blue. Two weeks later, I received a package in the mail. I opened it up and it was NOT methylene blue, the product I ordered, but rather a cheap plastic black blower! I have no idea why they sent it to me, but I made three phone calls to their company phone, and each time a heavily accented voice indicated that no one was available to answer the phone. I was instructed to leave a phone number and they would respond in 6 to 12 hours. That has NOT happened! I also sent two emails explaining the issue and very clearly mentioning not only in the heading of my email but several times in the text of the email that they had sent the WRONG ITEM. A short time ago, I received a text reply saying that the tracking number shows that my item was delivered to my doorstep. This has forced me to send a THIRD detailed email explaining AGAIN that they have sent me an item that I did not order, and that I would like them to send me the methylene blue that I not only ordered, but paid for. Clearly, they are not even reading the emails, but just quickly replying with a formulaic answer! Unless they respond immediately and send me the CORRECT ITEM, I will be contacting my credit card company and asking them to negate the charges on my card. This is clearly not a company that follows through with the lofty promises and guarantees they make on their website, and it will take a dramatic turnaround for me to consider doing any kind of business with them in the future.

My last email and certified letter to Blissta:

Your Methylene Blue is 100% fake and you are a fraud!

As Asst. US District Attorney for Attorney for the ND of Illinois, I'm giving you 2 choices.

Either refund my total price, or I'll be swearing out arrest warrants and cease & desist orders for your fake poduct and scam company.

You have 24 hours to respond.
