I purchased a door canopy from Blisswood & I am extremely satisfied with the product, the customer service staff (both on phone & email) & with the website. From start to finish the experience has been great. When I contact them for an extra part the customer service personnel dealt with my query swiftly & successfully. The product is too high standard & the staff can not do enough for you. A very happy customer 😀

Very unprofessional and worst service
Very unprofessional and worst service provided by their staff.
I am not sure about the quality as I haven’t opened the packaging yet but the advisors on chat are very unprofessional. I was offered a discount for not able to purchase all the required items before due to advisors lack of help earlier but when I tried to place a order with the discount offered, I was told by advisor to wait and then the price of the product was suddenly increased whilst I was still on the chat for over 3 hours.
When I asked for an explanation as to why I was stopped to place the order, they claimed that they did not know the price would go up.
I then asked if the staff knew that prices can go up anytime then they should have not stopped me from placing the order whilst the prices were still lower. At this point they not only refused to explained but the advisor ended the chat whilst I was still speaking to them on chat.
They might be proud of their quality but in terms of customer services the company is rubbish & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The chat advisors treated customers so badly and were the view that they were dealing with customers not in the U.K. but in some faraway country where customer service is not given any importance at all.
I will also be refunding the one item that I have already ended purchasing online before dealing with their staff.

Stylish Furniture at a good price
Purchased two coffee tables in grey, they look great and very stylish - very pleased with them. Assembly instructions could be better, like which glossy edge faces where. Had an issue with one of the tables which was sorted out promptly by the supplier. Would recommend

Cute little dressing table, but very small for my 12 Yr old daughter.(I should have measured before). Really good storage for all her makeup. Nice and easy to make.

Delivery and service was fine. Problem with the chair in that height was not as advertised. Otherwise chair is fine. Had to buy a cushion to rectify.

Great customer service. Good quality product which arrived damaged through no fault of Blisswood. Excellent communication from Blisswood (even on a weekend) which resulted in prompt delivery of a replacement door for the furniture.

I have had to give this review 1 star because it won’t allow me to submit a minus 5 rating. This has had to have been one of my worst experiences with ordering goods through Amazon. This company uses Yodel for its deliveries so it is very hit and miss on whether or not your goods will arrive on time had I known that this was not Amazon couriers I would not have placed my order.
I have just had a bout of sciatica hit me so my children clubbed together to buy me a chair from your company which we hoped would help with this problem and as it was Father’s Day on Sunday, I placed the order with Amazon for delivery Saturday.
The other reason I picked the Saturday time slot is I am still managing to work full time to help me through this difficult financial period, so we thought the chair might help on both counts. I have just finished Cancer treatment and although I have been given the all clear there will always be a niggling doubt that it will re-occur, so time spent with my children is precious.
Father’s Day was completely ruined by this fiasco between yourselves, and the courier and I am sure that a lot of people will have gone through the same experience from Yodel.
While you are using Yodel as your courier, I will not use you company ever again and I will tell all my friends and colleagues to do the same.
To sort this problem out I have had to rearrange the delivery for Tuesday 20th of June and arrange a day off work at short notice, luckily my bosses are very understanding.
So basically, my review is steer well clear of this company.

The coffee table I got was great! Dispatch from the company was fast but the delivery company just left it at the lobby of the building without carrying it to my flat. However this was the delivery company's fault. 5 stars from me for the nice coffee table.

Good price, fast delivery, quick response from customer service.
Chair was easy enough to put up on my own. The only issue I had was that the screw holes didn't align. When I mentioned this to Blisswood they offered a partial refund and suggested I could drill the holes a bit bigger. I did this. If not for that I would've given it 5 stars.
Delivery men did refuse to bring it to my front door as I live in flats so I did have to drag it and thankfully we have a lift.
White cushions came a little dirty and not fully wrapped in plastic. Chair is lovely and comfortable, I think I might some extra cushions for more comfort. I can sit in it sideways with my knees up which is what I wanted! Good price, fast delivery, quick response from customer service.
