Shady business and no management would get back to us.
The sales rep left send us an offer to leave some bikes on consignment for 90 days and if they didnt sell they would be picked up.
He asked us to fill out a credit key app tricking us it was to be able to submit the order.
30 days before the 90 days I asked them to come and pick up tha bikes because they didnt sell. and now they have charged us for the bikes. and no one would get back to us.
I will proceed with legal action against this company.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Blix and wanted to share it.
Four years ago I spent time riding an older version of the Sol e-bike, and what impressed me most was how well it held up over time. Even after years of use it still rode beautifully—smooth, quiet, and dependable. That stayed in my mind.
Recently I decided to purchase a new Sol X for my wife, and the buying experience confirmed my impression of the company.
Before ordering, I had a number of questions and reached out to Blix support. I had seen some reviews mentioning slow responses, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. In my case, the opposite happened. The team responded quickly, answered questions clearly, and communicated in a thoughtful and professional way. It felt like talking with people who genuinely care about what they’re building.
The Sol X also fills a niche that many e-bike companies overlook. I own an Aventon e-bike and think very highly of that company as well, but they don’t offer a classic cruiser design like the Sol. Blix has leaned into something different—stylish, simple, and practical bikes that feel inspired by Scandinavian everyday cycling culture, where bikes are not just for recreation but for daily transportation.
That idea resonates with me. I’ve been trying to shift more of my daily travel from car to bike, and the Sol X feels built for exactly that purpose—comfortable, approachable, and easy to ride.
Blix seems to be working toward a bigger goal: making everyday cycling more realistic for people in the U.S., and doing it from their home base in Santa Cruz. I appreciate that vision.
Based on my past experience with the durability of the Sol platform and the excellent support I received during the purchase process, I feel confident recommending Blix.

I’ve owned my Blix Bike since 2021 and I LOVE IT. I have the cream Vika+ folding model, and it’s been perfect from day one. The battery lasts an impressively long time. I can go weeks without recharging. It’s also super easy to travel with; the bike folds up neatly and fits into most car trunks or small storage spaces.
Overall, my Blix is stylish, easy to use, and has great power and speed. Honestly, it’s the best-looking bike out there. I get stopped all the time by people asking about it!
Pro tip: Add a basket if you like to ride with your small pup. It makes the ride even more fun.
Blix Vika X: Quality build. Exceptional service.
Riding the Blix Vika X for a year now and so glad I chose this brand. The quality build stands out whenever I park or ride by another ebike. It's a zippy ride made even easier with the smooth auto-shift. Everyone wants to know what I'm riding.
The customer support is also exceptional. I've reached out 2x with questions via email and received same-day replies. Today they sent me tutorials to walk me through to the solution with photos and videos. They make it so easy and instill confidence to maintain your ebike. You can tell that Blix (and its new management) also love the product and are going to be around to support it.
Great Customer service, terrible company.
I wrote a review recently, complimenting the Customer Service team at Blix. I still stand by that. This review is for the Blix Company as a whole. I own a Blix Ultra e-bike, a now discontinued model. The Ultra requires the Blix Connect app to access Class 3 mode. After getting amazing service to get mine back on the road, they informed me that the current version of the Blix Connect app is no longer compatible with the Blix Ultra. There is no other way to access Class 3 on the controller and Blix tells me there are no plans to make it compatible. There aren’t even any legacy versions available. This means that all Ultra owners are no longer able to access Class 3 mode on their bikes. To make the decision to abandon all Ultra users like this is unacceptable. I don’t expect a company to perpetually support discontinued product, but they shouldn’t take features away either. I will never buy another Blix bike if this is the way they choose to handle product models that have reached end of life.

We love the bike, and support has been quick and effective. I'm probably going to get a second bike from them soon, as the first one was for me wife.
Good value and ongoing support
I own two Blix bikes, an Aveny Skyline cruiser and a Packa Genie cargo bike. I really liked their bikes combo of styling and performance when I purchased. Better yet they have some real people to help when issues arise. The Aveny has been fine except for some broken spokes easily repaired at a local shop. The Packa broke its original kickstand and Blix shipped a new one free of charge, even though I probably overloaded it. More recently, I have had some issues with my rear wheel after more than 3 years of daily school dropoffs/pickups. Blix staff was helpful in determining if it was a repair or replacement situation and ordering the parts I needed to get the bike rolling again. I did have to put a money out of pocket but am confident this bike is going to keep running for years to come.
The Aveny
My Blix Aveny (now a discontinued model BOO) purchased in 2020 has turned out to be a very reliable bike. I have 8,400 miles on my one battery, and have purchased a second battery as a back up. Both my father and I have the Aveny (he got one because he liked mine so much), and although mine has had no problems, his bike had a problem with the display and we had to order another one. It took more than a few weeks to receive it, but we were relieved that Blix had back up parts. Turns out with the Blix you must use Blix parts -- the displays sold on Amazon will NOT work! They no longer sell the battery that fits my model, so once both of them wear out, I won't have any options because it's not a "standard" battery. Hopefully, I will have many years of riding left. It's a comfortable bike, and I feel very happy when riding it.

I have a Vika folding bike and I absolutely love it. It has been one of only a few objects that I can say has changed my life. I now use it everyday for my commute to work and on the weekends, my car has been sitting unused lately. I appreciate how it folds down and can be stored in the closet in the house and even in the trunk of a car if need be. They make a great product and I highly recommend it.
Solid Bike Design that's foldable!
We have had a Vika for over 5 years and it meets all our needs. The ability to fold the bike allows us to put it in the car and explore. It fits our two-state life style due to its mobility, and its solid but not too heavy. The power is sufficient for a 150lb woman and 200lb man. I am grateful for the very responsive customer service when I had questions about the battery.
Minor glitches since resolved
I bought a Blix Vika+ about 4 years ago. Front headlight not working, and front tire mounted improperly to the rim...it blew out on the first ride around the block.
Blix was pretty quick to send on a new tire and lamp and things were pretty good.
Then rear spokes started to fail. I would replace them as needed, about 12 spokes over a year or two, but I feel I have gotten rid of all the weak ones as I hav'nt replaced any for a while.
Best customer service.
I have had past experiences with Blix bike. I bought an Aveny in 2021. They have the best customer service.

Vika+ and Vika X...two amazing bikes!
I have owned two Blix Bikes and I have to say that I love them!! I have the Vika+ and the Vika X. My newest bike the Vika X has the best battery range you can buy. I love the fact that it has high beams and low beam lights depending on your situation. The folding mechanism has greatly improved and I am constantly getting positive comments from other bikers asking 'what type of bike am I riding? It looks so cool!'
It is bad like every other one says
It is bad like every other one says. They only have size for big men. After buying they don’t talk to you or support you. The support link is just a decor, I wrote them so many times but was ignored. If I can I will return all the stuff I bought. Don’t waste your money. Customer services are non-existent. Scamming advertising.
Five star service & wonderful bike
After speaking with others who own both Blix Sol and Vika models (and riding other types of ebikes), I decided to purchase a Blix Sol. I have been riding a 20 year old three speed beach cruiser and it’s like going from a VW Bug to a Porsche Carrera! Though I first rode an older model of the Sol, the bike I ended up purchasing is the new model Sol X. Because I felt that I didn’t need all of the new components, like hydraulic brakes or turn signals, I called Blix to ask if they had any of the older models in their warehouse or at any local dealers. The rep who answered the phone didn’t know so they took my info and sent a message off. The rep who contacted me was prompt in emailing back that they would search for an older model. The rep was great with communication and answering my questions about the newer model since the older version is not available. Five star service. Though Blix keeps costs down by selling direct to consumers, I choose to work with a local bike repair shop to order the Sol X so it would be built and adjusted for me. The whole experience with Blix has far surpassed any help I got in a retail bike shop.
