SAVE YOUR MONEY IT IS JUST A CRAPPY FAN!

I really thought that this was a good idea according to their advertisement! They said it was an air-conditioner, they said it would cool a room within 30 seconds.

HOWEVER, when it arrived it opened the box. I followed their instructions. I discovered that it was all BS! All that this POS boils down to that this is a very expensive fan.

I contacted them and they said that I would have to pay for shipping and handling back to them in order to get a refund for their fake "air conditioner"! I am sure that they will then find some excuse to not refund MY MONEY!

Just received this in the mail/ it is nothing like what the advertisement shows. It’s a flimsy piece of lightweight plastic, the cord is about 2” long so I don’t know how I’m supposed to hang it on my wall as shown. It is loud (I can hear it from the other room) and despite having it on the coldest setting it is not producing cold air. The unit reeks of plastic. This was a total scam. Save your money and purchase something else. This Blizzair is not it.

I ordered this product and have received only the 2 extra cans of cleaner that I ordered extra. I have not received the actual cooler/heaters. I have replied to an email and received a response that stated they were checking on it. Still no response or product. Not happy!

This is all set up to scam you. They run these amazing ads to lure you in and in this heat, it looks like a great product. So, you go ahead and order it ...but wait, there's more!! You can order a second one at a discounted price. What a deal!! You pay that extra $12.00 for expedited shipping and wait in anticipation of receiving your air coolers. Then the day finally arrives...8-10 days later...and you pick up that box and it feels like it weighs less than a pair of sneakers....first red flag.
You rip that box open and pull out a tiny little unit, about the size of a computer keyboard, that looks nothing like the big ones in the ad....red flag #2.
You unravel the very short cord that's attached and plug it in. You set the controls to the lowest temp. and a tiny bit of air comes out. You let it run for 20 minutes and it still isn't cooling....red flag #3.
Exhausted from the heat and frustrated with no cold air you contact customer support. They do alot of typing while talking and tell you an email should arrive shortly....red flag#4.
The email offers you a very small refund and guess what? You get to keep the unit. If you insist on a total refund they offer you a little bit more and let you keep the unit.
They also insist that you pay to return it in the original unopened packaging for a full refund. Now, tell me this. I am complaining that it does not cool, so obviously, it's been opened....red flag #5.
They offered a little more and still insist I keep the unit.
They know most people will not bother to argue with them and go through the process of returning it. They know most will just take whatever they offer and be done with it. They give you back a little money and keep the rest. If you consider how many orders they have probably received and how many people complained and then took their offer, they are probably making $50.00 or more per unit. They know they are sending you a piece of junk.
It is a total con.

Buy with caution. I ordered this last week and a week later, the tracking information shows zero movement. I called the customer service number and was told they would have to check with the warehouse and would email me in a few minutes. I never got an email. I called multiple times and was told the exact same thing, but never received an email or answer. When explaining how I have yet to get an email from them or any information, they hung up on me. I have requested a refund, and told I will get a confirmation email of that refund, but I'm not holding my breath and will be contacting my credit card company just in case.

The product is poor quality. Not designed to work as advertised and completely ineffective. Contacting customer service results in days of nonstop negotiation where they want you to keep their junk and only refund you a small portion of your money. 100% a scam

I ordered two of their aircon units, which weren't cheap. At best they act like a fan, they don't send out cool/cold air and have proved to be a waste of money. Getting a refund is proving very difficult. They have offered me a 25% refund and I keep the units! Now I'm trying to get an address so I can send them back, at my own cost, so that I can get my full refund. Their correspondence is very hit and miss and I'm chasing them all the time. This is an ongoing dispute. I wouldn't buy from them.
