This is a great platform to build a blog that really works. I found the UX of the admin panel to be super useful and not full of bloat. I had a blog up and running in minutes. But the best part was the absolute rockstar customer service I got. No question was too small or too big and anything I asked I got very fast and helpful answers to.

Blogstatic is easy to set up and use and can't be beat on bang for the buck!

I found Blogstatic because I needed a subdomain blog for my website, as I couldn't get a blog on my website and I didn't want to have a separate website; for this purpose it has been wonderful. Staff even helped me by doing some of the backend work for me.

The staff are knowledgeable and very responsive.

The price is decent I like that it's one price for the year rather than monthly payments.

Only let down is limited templates for the blogs and things like bullet points I can't seem to find.

Overall, I've been very impressed.

Val and team jumped into a special request with vigor and gratitude. The blogstatic.io site is simple to manage yet includes a fantastic number of custom options to make my blog truly mine.

Very easy to use and extremely kind developers who are open to assist you further.

A well priced powerful blogging service run by a really good human being

The product is great. It does what is says it does: it hosts a blog with lots of added features right out of the box. Metrics, newsletter, themes, etc. If you have ever hosted a WP instance then you know exactly how much time this saves you.

I am not the worlds most prolific blogger. I have restarted my blog at least 2 times already. This makes me a small concern. A very simple customer.

So why am I writing this review? Customer Service!

I've had 2 occasions to contact customer support. 1 was self inflicted and cause by my own failure to actually read the docs. The 2nd was a billing issue.

Each time the response was prompt. each time the response was a person helping me. It was not a canned message with a link to the docs.

I believe the stated response time is 24 hours. The replies were quick. I am talking about same day quick. The responses were helpful. My problems were addressed.

If you want a blog, or a newsletter, and don't want to spend the time on building or maintaining the website then Blogstatic should be your first choice. The fact that there is actual customer service makes it that choice a no-brainer.
