I think this was a great way to learn about all the different types of blood born pathogens. I liked the steps and way it helped ypu walk through it all.

I had a few issues with getting my name on my certificate but they were able to help me get it fixed and corrected and even reimbursed me for the extra certificates I bought trying to fix the name on it.
