Bloom Avis 19

I received a Bouquet that wasn't quite up to expectations and did leave a one star review.
However, I woke up today to a lovely email from Bloom & Wild to say they are replacing the Bouquet and have credited my account towards further order. Excellent Customer Services and very much appreciated.

Actually, I would not give them even 1 star!!
Stay away from this scammer... Yet another one!!
Product took 27 days to arrive! Then it is absolutely nothing as advertised!Atrocious quality and customer service!
Impossible to contact them... No response through emails..
Empty promises that lead to nowhere... I very much doubt I will get my refund!!
Be very careful where you shop.

Took almost 2wks to arrive ! Wish I had never ordered !It’s shocking in every way .. you can buy ( I wouldn’t ) exact same dress from In the box for 1/2 the price ! Now I’m constantly asking for return instructions ! Shame on you Face book & instagram too ,for advertising them !!! It comes from Amsterdam not London .. £48 later 🤬it’s from China !… customer pays to return ,thru customs charges too ! & it takes 4wks to refund .. I have no faith 🙈🤦🏼‍♀️I’ve taken photos of the parcel b4 I return & track & trace !!!!!

Total scam. The product bears no resemblance to Facebook advert .Chinese , cheaply made ,awful fabric nothing like advert . Long delivery times and arrives in a scrunched up bag. Shame on Facebook for advertising and Evri for delivering such rubbish. Not bothered to claim Monet refund due to previous reviews hereDO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

I wish I’d seen the reviews before I purchased. This site is a scam. My jumper has just arrived and is absolutely nothing like the advertised item. I can’t believe I’ve wasted £40 on this product.

Total scam. Clothes described as elegant and smart are made with very poor materials and extremely low quality. On requesting details for a return, I was asked to return to China at my expense or keep the product with a 15% discount. This is of course illegal as goods need to be of a satisfactory quality and in any event there is additional protection for goods bought online and found not to be consistent with the online description. Avoid.

As others have stated - this is an awful company and certainly not based in the UK. I immediately tried to cancel my order as soon as I realised - the item hadn’t even been shipped yet but because I’m past the 12 hour limit, they won’t cancel the order. I must receive it and then send it back to Asia! Total scam, regardless of the ‘quality’ of the products!

UPDATE: jumpers received and look nothing like the images on the website and too short in the arms to wear - only place suitable for them is the rubbish bin! Cost to send back to China is £30 with no guarantee that there will be someone T the warehouse to sign for it.

How can a company like this be able to continue trading in the UK?

I concur with the other reviews. Avoid this company. Things look great on the Facebook. Nothing like that in real life. Cheap, tacky material. Wouldn't use for dusters. I ordered 1 jumper, 2 jackets, dress. All size Small. When I emailed to say I wasn't happy with the material or the size they asked me to send them the measurements. I told them I had already repackaged everything and in any event, they should know the sizes of their garments and they don't do a size smaller than Small and the sizes wouldn't affect the quality of the material. They offered a discount if I kept the items but I opted for a full refund. When I took the items to the post office, the cost to return was so expensive it wasn't worth the effort. I really should have checked TrustPilot before I ordered. Lesson learned.

DO NOT purchase a thing from this company. They are scam artists. The clothes are nothing like advertised and you will not get a refund. The customer service is a robot who severs contact upon complaint.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's a scam. Poorly made items, a month for delivery, shoes different design from photo. I've learnt my lesson to NEVER purchase anything I see on Facebook.

The items do not resemble the images, totally different in terms of material and design - avoid at all cost!
To make matters worse they then charge £10 per item restocking fee plus another £10 admin fee, total scam.

A warning to everyone if you see an Advert say on Facebook like Bridge&Bloom London..so anything with London after the name you can guarantee that its bogus & the goods are from China & poor quality no. Refundable unless you pay a high cost etc & once they lose customer interest they set up another so called "London" based company. Its about time FaceBook and Co stopped these advertisers .... so just beware folks

Similar to other people here, i ordered a pair of shoes in a size 8, they sent me a size 7 and then refused to refund me, offering 20% only. It was their mistake, i only wanted a refund because of their error. If they'd sent the size I ordered, it wouldn't be a problem. Absolute disgrace. Clearly not a proper company, just drop shipping from China or somewhere with no real customer service - AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is a disgrace! I ordered some shoes and they were too small! Their website are full of lies! When I emailed them they stated that because that was the order I placed they have refused to send me a refund! It’s is an absolute disgrace! I will be reporting to the consumer ombudsman!
This company should be ashamed of themselves! Bunch of con artists

Shoes come up at least a size too small and they refuse to refund so I now have a pair of shoes I’m unable to use!

Fake company. Scam. Sent me a pair of shoes two sizes too small. No return label. No way of contacting them. The phone number on website is literally one they made up and not recognised, the email address is pointless as emails bounce back ‘undeliverable’.
I’ll probably never see my money again.

Order showing as delivered but I have not received my items.

Ordered an arrangement in August - took my money straight away - it was delivered on the 2nd December and half of it is missing! Appalling. Sent email on Thursday but still awaiting a reply.
I still keep getting emails from them saying 'free delivery' this weekend - 'save % this weekend' but when you look at the products they are out of stock or not available! Poor service. This is the 3rd item I have ordered and all of them have been delayed. I ordered a Christmas decoration last September that didn't arrive before Christmas!! Why do I keep giving them a second, third chance!
