I had blossom home Care and my caregiver Anna Martinez she only came one time and all the other times she said she was sick and she couldn't come but yet she still charged my Medicaid like she was here and I've told the office and the office staff would do nothing about it. She also had let me send money to her that she accepted and wouldn't send back send it to me she said she sending it back to the lawyer but he hasn't got it either

Forget Them.

Blossom 🌸 has become the best to the worst in just three weeks.
After closing thier Malton Office their Clients have been left helpless.
Personally, Georgie, Tracy, Jodi,Jes, Yasmin, Skye and Kelly have all walked away because of awful working criteria.
16 hour days for a Management that can't even get PPE to them. Let alone Legal Rest breaks.
If they wanted to use a toilet they had to rely upon a kind Client.
That can't be right.

Their lack of care almost killed my…

Their lack of care almost killed my mum! They charged a fortune (more than most other companies) when we asked for carers that could drive and have a car, promising they would deliver. I paid the money but they never supplied a carer that even had a driver's licence, let alone a car. Every time I asked when we'd get a Carer that could drive, they just said they were working on it. The carers constantly ignored mum for long periods of time and only interacted with her when she required feeding. The were purely junk food and microwave meals. No matter how many times Blossom were asked to improve the diet, they didn't t ake any action. This year, mum was admitted into hospital due to low sodium levels, which had caused her to collapse twice. The cause was a poor diet. After the second day of hospitalisation , I was given the last rites conversation. Her sodium levels were too low and, given her age and other conditions, was most likely to not survive. I begged them to reconsider and it was eventually agreed that mum could be given 24 more hours. Fortunately, the Grand 'ol Dame pulled through! I informed Blossom of mum's condition, and what had contributed to it - essentially, their lack of nutritious food, and they FINALLY agreed to having a better balanced diet. Mum was released from hospital after a week She was welcomed home by a meal of pizza and chips by the Blossom Carer. We promptly sacked Blossom as clearly, mum's health and wellbeing didn't matter to them. Please avoid at all costs. They are the WORST care company we have ever encountered!

STAY AWAY!!!

For anyone looking at this company, stay away.

John, the owner, has threatened me on numerous occasions. During court proceedings with his franchise in 2025, I received a phone call from a private number at 21:49 on a Saturday evening, which police tracked to a person they've now interviewed.

The person called on behalf of John/Blossom attempting to settle the civil case. I will paraphrase the threat. On multiple occasions, they stated that they were the person people got involved when they couldn't get things done legally and needed things done illegally. He not only denied knowing John, the owner, to police, but also denied making the phone call - despite it being tracked to his phone.

in 2025, in response to a message from me, one of John's colleague's messaged "you have no idea what you are getting involved in. I have known John a long time and you will not come out of this well", followed later by "it's not the legal I would be worried about".

Do you want this person managing the care of your loved ones?

Stay away.
