I have been ordering flowers and plants as birthday gifts for a few years now and I am quite happy with your service. Nevertheless, this time the delivery arrived two days late, which was annoying since it was a birthday present, supposed to arrive on the day of the celebration....
I just hope this doesn't happen again.

I ordered from Australia for my sister & her husbands 60th wedding anniversary. I was unsure how it would go but everything was excellent,I tracked the delivery from the time they left you until the time they arrived & the service was a very good experience. It was delivered a day late. I received no apology and no notification of dispatch. I was thinking I had been scammed. I received no notification when it had eventually been delivered. This experience was particularly upsetting as it should have been delivered on the anniversary of my niece's death.

Ordered flowers for relative's 92nd birthday, she is terminally ill and this will be last birthday. Flowers ordered for 4th October, tracking showed they needed to be repackaged so delayed. 5th October nothing happened. 6th October Yodel tell me they will be delivered that day, they were that afternoon.

Emailed, online messenger and facebooked Blossoming gifts and heard nothing for several hours. I got two short sentences saying they were sorry to hear about it. I was offered a replacement, whats the point her birthday has gone, a credit to my account, as if I'd want to use them again, or a refund. I had to ask for the refund 3 times as apparently saying I wanted a refund didn't make it clear I wanted a refund.

As to the actual flowers, they had been in transit for 3 days so I don't think I need to say anymore.

So flowers left Blossoming Gifts on the 3rd and were delivered on the 6th, two days late. This isn't a situation they can ever put right but they could have tried.

I would never use them again, I've never been let down like this by an online florists before. Lesson learned shame it had to be at the expense of my relative.
