From start to finish, Russell delivered an exceptional service with my photo restoration project. It was a large undertaking involving thousands of old photos, and every stage—from initial contact while I was overseas, to organising transport, carefully scanning the images, providing regular updates, and returning them safely—was handled with professionalism and great attention to detail.
The final results exceeded my expectations, with many aged and deteriorated photos beautifully restored to their former glory. I would highly recommend Russell to anyone needing expert photo restoration.

We needed some old photos black and white and colour putting into a rolling film with music - explanined the brief and nothing was too much trouble for Blubell Photo Scanning Services - produced a fantastic film of historical images for a family business celebration. The arrangement of photos i left to them and to be fair they did a fantastic job. Super Reasonable prices and when we had to change something last minute it was completed as though it was no trouble. Cannot highly recommend enough and will be using again hopefully for the next project!

I asked Bluebell Office Services to digitize and restore a collection of photos for a photo book for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Russell achieved this brilliantly, in spite of the need for a quick turnaround. I was very pleased with the outcome of the photos, which were clear and blemish-free. This was to the extent that I sent him a second batch, with the same pleasing results.

Communication was excellent – clear and frequent – at all times keeping me informed of what stage he had reached with the job. Moreover, he took great care in the process of returning my original print photos. The photo book hugely benefited by Russell’s input, and I’m very grateful for this. I have to say the work was excellent and far exceeded my expectations.
I am slowly working my way through them having looked carefully at each one in turn.
I’m just so pleased I now have them digitally; I just have to summon up the courage to discard the slides and negatives but that purely for nostalgic reasons.
A couple of years ago I bought a Kodak scanner for my 35mm negatives: it’s okay but no match for your work but good as an easily kept record and it did help me match them up as over the years they had been mixed up somewhat.

Russell expertly transferred and accurately edited several vhs tapes and 60 year old cine film to digital format for us. Throughout the process he kept us fully informed of progress and his invoice was very reasonable considering the time it must have taken. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Excellent service, taking the extra time to edit the gaps out of the original material of editors cut of a VHS program then transferring it to a DVD and memory stick.

I had several sentimental mini camcorder videos transferred, converted and cleaned to digital format and copied to USB data sticks and an additional set in DVD format as back up. Russel has helped me out twice. Once putting two old vhs tapes to a usb stick and recently eight video 8 tapes to usb. The results in both cases were exceptional. The images were brighter, cleaner and distortion free. The hours of work necessary to produce these results were in no way reflected in Russell’s cheap prices. His customer service is superb and I can definitely recommend Bluebell Office Services.

Russell took 7 of our family films from 1941and edited them so that the length and colour were vastly improved and finally they are a pleasure to watch--not an easy task I'd imagine, with such old and damaged films! Russell's prices are below average, but his service and results are miles above. Regular updates made for brilliant communication. Will be back in future.

We called upon the services of Bluebell photo scanning after I found our original video wedding shortly before of 20th anniversary. Both myself and hubby and just returned from holiday and tested positive for covid19 but I desperately wanted to be able to watch our wedding video on our anniversary with our daughter who had never seen it. I contacted Russell and nothing was a problem, he arranged to have the video picked up from us (all with covid protocols in place) and returned back to us all digitally converted on a dvd and usb within a week and for a very reasonable price We received regular emails too so we knew what was happening. I asked these guys to see if they could transfer data from a 16 old brick of a hard drive onto a device I could access them from. They worked tirelessly to do this for me, keeping me fully informed every step of the way. I am now the proud owner of an iPod with several thousand old photos more than a few thousand music files, home videos and other files I had completely forgotten about. I can’t thank them enough for all the time sweat and tears they dedicated to this task for me. I have regained my entire music history and my childrens early lives.
