I ordered flowers from Bluebells Flora for delivery on September 14th, but part of the arrangement arrived dead and wilted. I immediately contacted customer service and was offered only a 25% refund, which is completely unreasonable given the condition of the flowers. The company refuses to accept responsibility, and the experience was both disappointing and embarrassing. A florist should stand by the quality of its products - in this case they did not and I won't be using them again.
Another disgruntled customer
I ordered flowers over the weekend for next day delivery which was offered online. Monday comes and nothing has been delivered. no confirmation email or tracking email has been received. I went online to get a contact number for them just to find that they are not even open on the weekend. False advertising.......... Now I have tried to contact them 12 times but no one is answering the phone just a stupid automated voice. They have not even replied to my message on their website.
Do not believe their next day delivery service
Ordered flowers for next day delivery - this is misleading offer of a service- never materialised. No response to email from the seller. Would not recommend ever.
Selected delivery for 21st sept
Selected delivery for 21st sept, email confirmed delivery date 21st, delivery not made even though said it was out for delivery and you have to pay for tracking! Emailed the company and they said read terms and conditions!!! Why can you select a delivery date they cannot deliver on, get confirmation of delivery date and tracking saying out for delivery when it isn't! Delivered 22nd. Company didnt care about the failure. Will never use again
