Our little journey with Micka and Pol on board SALACIA was simply wonderful. They made our time together truly special and unforgettable. We are so grateful to both of them for everything and can wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you, Micka and Pol, for such an amazing experience! ❤️

We booked this vessel for a full day out with our party of 12 adults, and it turned into a frustrating, disorganised experience. The boat wasn't at the pickup location Bluebnc had confirmed several times and pinned in advance, so we lost two hours waiting around while they arranged to get it to us. This set the tone for the rest of the day: we missed out our breakfast so everyone was hungry, missed on the beach stops we'd planned before lunch, our food order (submitted in advance) had apparently never been passed on, and we ended up waiting two hours for food that arrived cold from Grand Follies because apparently we came at a very busy time due to the delay in the morning. Basic equipment we'd had no issue with on a previous charter was also missing this time, only children's snorkel gear was available, with nothing sized for adults.
On top of this, we were charged a fuel fee more than three times what we'd paid previously, with no explanation or receipt provided, and the captain was dismissive when we raised it. He still expected a tip despite this, we gave one at the time, mainly because one of the crew had been helpful, but in hindsight didn't feel the service overall had earned it. We followed up several times and a formal complaint letter afterward asking for a fuel receipt, an explanation, and a reasonable refund, and never received a response, not even an apology call. Given the price point, this fell well short of what a premium charter should deliver, and the lack of any follow-up made it worse particularly given how frequent the communication was before booking. We've chartered boats several times in many locations and haven't previously experienced this level of rudeness or unwillingness to take responsibility for what was agreed in the contract.

It was amazing … an incredible day and all thanks to the Staff Pol and Mika, they were wonderful, always serving us with a smile and the best attitude.

It was a wonderful day, Pol y Micka made sure we enjoyed ourselves! We went to beautiful places, and the crew was very nice and made sure that It was a great experience. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. The route was beautiful. muchas gracias por un día perfecto! :)

Les prometo que tienen que venir a Mallorca y alquilar con Blue Bnc, increible el barco Salacia ! Mickaela habla un ingles increible ha sido super atenta, nunca nos ha faltado nada !! Nos ha regalado chocolates. El capitan Pol, ha piesto en el agua cada juguete , hemos hecho 4 paradas y extendido el charter de lo bien que lo estabamos pasando.Hemos comido abordo y ha sido una pasada todo.

Peronas super humanas y trabajadoras, sin duda repetiremos este fin de semana y cada vez que vengamos a Mallorca.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday today with BlueBNC , our day was absolutely amazing. We felt so special because the treatment we received was outstanding. Pol and Mika made sure all the details were taking care off , everything was prepared with love and we were treated with kindness and respect.
We are grateful !!

We rented a boat for 11 people for the day, and both the boat and the equipment were excellent. The service from Pol and Micha was exceptional — they made it the best boat‑rental experience we’ve ever had in Mallorca.

We had the best 5 night charter with Mickaela and Pol.

Mickaela was so attentive, friendly, helpful and an amazing cook. She was one step ahead of us all the time, waiting with beautiful fruit platters, snacks and drinks just when we needed them. We were a group of 7, and our crew catered to everyone’s needs and requests amazingly.

We changed our plans several times and this was no problem at all for both Pol and Mickaela. They found us the best swimming spots, protected sleeping spots, the most beautiful backdrops, sunsets and restaurants to enjoy.
They even arranged a cute turn down service with chocolates each night.

We also appreciated a few quieter days onboard at the end of our trip. Mickaela cooked us a few delicious healthy dinners that’s were a highlight and meant we could stay onboard and relax. It was so appreciated.

Above all, both our crew were kind, respectful, professional and fun. We loved their energy and wished we could have stayed longer.

We will be back for sure!!

We just had the pleasure of renting two different yachts from BlueBNC. These two days were magical. The level of service provided by them and the staff was beyond what we expected. Pol and Norma who were with us for both days and were truly a dream team. Thank you BlueBNC. Were will never forget these past two days.

We had an amazing day aboard Salacia with Captain Pol and Sabrina. They were excellent hosts and provided a warm and friendly atmosphere with incredible service. We enjoyed the swimming opportunities playing with the various water toys and wonderful lunch of seafood paella on the shaded and breezy stern dining table. this is an experience that I would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

Truly from the bottom of my heart this was absolutely exceptional service and an exceptional experience! The yacht itself was stunning: spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with every comfort you could imagine. The views were breathtaking, and the entire experience felt both relaxing and indulgent. Whether we were lounging on the deck, enjoying the smooth ride, or taking in the sunset, everything felt magical.

What a truly amazing experience! I was kindly invited to spend 5 days on board with close friends (5 of us in total) cruising around Mallorca! As someone who is scared of boats, I was a little anxious, however Captain Miguel and Tina were amazing. They checked in on me (and our group ) to make sure I was ok and I soon settled in to life on the waves. They were both incredibly personable and a pleasure to be around, engaging with us each day. The hospitality on board was fantastic, food freshly cooked each day and drinks always readily available - honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I never thought I’d say this…. I really hope to do this again! Thank you for an incredible few days on board!
