Bluebox Storage Avis 

I had a storage locker for about 18 months as temporary storage while i moved house. I had no issues with the locker or the account. And handing back the locker when I was done was simple and quick.

Great customer service and great price. Definitely the best and cheapest around. If secure storage is what you are after then these are brilliant. I used the one in Hull which was ideal location for what I needed. Would definitely use them again.

Used Blue Box to store 2 cars whilst moving, only hoped to use for a month but the house purchase dragged on so spoke to someone in the office who informed me that if we vacated the containers with 2 weeks left on the hire we would get a refund, rang today only to be told that if it had been a week into the payment they would have refunded. You need to get your staff all following the same guidelines so now we paid £240 for 12 days hire so they get double for those units that will be rented out again. Wouldn't use you again.

Local company, unit fitted my needs at the time, safe and secure site always kept me upto date with any issues clean and dry storage units little bit on the pricey side but really good

Always great communication, great service

Well, my family and I had to get our bathroom/toilet refurbished so although we got an Airbnb, we thought we would get a portable toilet for the duration of the work. The refurbishment took about a week which is what the builder promised, so after the work I asked 'Blue box' to remove their toilet and put my potted plants back in the position they had moved them from to install the toilet. Then began the delay followed by a vile torrent of abuse from them. Given that I had paid for three week service which I did not require - at their insistence. I am utterly appalled that they behaved in the manner in which they have done, and I would neither use them again, nor recommend them.

Easy to access although tight squeeze getting a van to the locker. Communication is hard at times with no one on sight and having to call but all super friendly and helpful.

Very easy experience using blue box storage. They communicate very well and always replied to my emails very quickly, which was much appreciated. The storage locker was as expected, felt very clean and secure. We never had problems accessing it. When we’d finished using it the process of ending the contract and giving back the keys was very easy. The only thing I might complain about was that it was very stiff to open and close at times. This made it feel more secure, but if you were on your own and not very strong you might have struggled. Overall very pleased with the whole experience.

Perfect for what we wanted, staff were very helpful when needed and price was great.

Everything was simple but efficient when dealing with blue box. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good quality containers with easy access.

Second time I’ve used this company left a 5 star review last year and it’s 5 stars again this year - great customer service and all very straightforward.

Thank you so much, had a unit with Bluebox for a couple year and always been excellent, very well maintained, new containers. Easy to get in touch with if you ever need too, very affordable. Finally have my new house with adequate storage so no longer need but would recommend to anyone. Always felt my things were safe there.
