Very bad post sales. Waiting for months to have the mileage adjustment in my contract but after dozen emails it's still not happened!!!

Do not use Blue Chilli Car Leasing! I did eventually get a lease car for a reasonable price however it took 7 painful weeks for the car to be delivered and the process was extremely drawn out, delayed and frustrating.

The customer service I received from both Blue Chilli
Cars and the incompetent dealership they used was wholly inadequate. When I ordered the car I explained that I needed a new car as soon as possible having lost my own car in a random fire, I was assured it would be a quick process. I had constant problems being able to sign finance documents online and then when I was finally offered a paper copy alternative I was told I had signed a cancellation form which was not the case at all. There were multiple other glitchy admin problems and I had to constantly chase Blue Chilli Cars who rarely updated me about progress and were rather dismissive in their attitude.

In the end I had to do Blue Chilli Cars job for them and constantly chase the dealership myeslf in order to finally get the car delivered, the whole experience has been an extremely stressful one that I will not be repeating!

Amazing service from Dave at Blue Chilli. He not only delivered exceptional customer service but promptly and professionally dealt with every query I had regarding the numerous options available to me. I recommended him to my employers who have since leased their company cars through him.

From start to delivery of my car service was great. I was kept informed all the time and have been completely happy with how I have been contacted periodically and service was so easy -excellent would recommend

Terrible Customer Service Received here
Was told my Car would arrive within two weeks, however it only arrived 6 weeks after.
Was not kept up todate throughout the delay.
Car turned up to the wrong address and when i complained was told nothing we can do to help you.
Very poor customer service throughout and they charge an expensive admin fee

Matt was excellent in helping me find a new car. Very informative on different cars and he was not the stereotypical pushy sales type, genuinely wanted to help find the right car for me. Any time I had to call or email he would answer straight away or get back to me as soon as possible.
