Blue Estate Agents Avis 

My experience with Blue Estate Agent was extremely disappointing, frustrating, and marked by a lack of professionalism. For around four months I was repeatedly assured that the buyer was proceeding seriously, only for the sale to collapse just before exchange.

Communication was poor and inconsistent, and I do not believe I was given a truthful or realistic picture of the buyer’s position. As a result, a significant amount of time was wasted and other opportunities may have been lost.

While sales can fall through, I found the lack of transparency, repeated reassurances, and apparent failure to properly assess the buyer's position unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would advise sellers to proceed with caution and insist on clear evidence of a buyer’s commitment and financial standing from the outset.

enquired about a property advertised on OnTheMarket and received a call the next day confirming that the property was available. During the call, I was asked for all my personal details, including my income and intended move-in date, in order to arrange a viewing.

However, after putting me on hold for around 20 seconds to “check with a colleague,” I was suddenly told that the property had already been let.

Why is the advertisement still live on OnTheMarket?

Why were my personal details collected if the property was not available?

This experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. It also raises concerns about how applicant information is being handled. Looking at the Google reviews, many of them now appear difficult to trust given this experience.

I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding this situation and confirmation of how my personal data will be stored or removed.
