Ordered on the 2nd. As of the 6th order status is still “processing”. Since I’ve order from a mother company on the 4th, and that order. Shipped the next day.

Excellent products & Solid Service.
I've been a BFG customer for many years and use their slings on all of my long guns and daily use many of the pouches and gear. I would love to see more inventory as BFG seems to be out regularly; but I understand business costs of inventory. I would also like to see Black Multicam as an offering on many of the pouches, slings, etc.
Regardless, one of the best gear companies - both products & service - and is my go-to for needs.

I like your products, but checkout for me was difficult
I felt that checking out was difficult. My billing and mailing addresses are not the same and your website would not allow me to check out. The result is I had to go to my Amazon account to get my order completed. Had you not had Amazon Pay available, I would not have been able to complete my order. Not the end of the world by any stretch of the imagination. However, just a little inconvenient.

Blue Force Gear is the best.
I have deployed with Blue Force Gear and in extreme environments it preforms better than other gear. I am now in law enforcement and still buy Blue Force Gear. The website is easy to use and shipping comes fast. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication to your customers.

It's unacceptable
The reason for the delay of shipment are unacceptable. They said they were out of some of the items ordered but accepted payment for them. They shouldn't have accepted money if they don't have the items yet.

The gears they have are interesting when you look at it. But when you take a closer look, you can see that the quality is not up to mark. With the prices they have, I'm not usre if they would be able to sell their products

I've never been lied to more.
This company lied about the availability of a product. After waiting two weeks for my delivery, I contacted sales. I was told it mailed out two days earlier. When I requested a tracking number I was placed on hold for an extended time. When they returned they provided me with a tracking number that they had JUST CREATED. After an additional two weeks of checking the tracking number and the results continued to show the product never arrived at their local post office, I contacted sales again... This time I was told it would ship in 2 weeks( at this point it's 6weeks after I paid for an INSTOCK Item). After those 2 weeks passed I received another email telling me it will be another 4 weeks before my item will ship.
I have to wait over 3 months to receive an item they claimed was in stock.
Do not under any circumstances trust this company. They will lie to you repeatedly.
