The phone was answered promptly. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very efficient in explaining the policy I was taking out. She explained the policy very clearly and coherently and the transaction was completed quickly.
I wish more online transactions with other operatives would learn from how she dealt with me

I would not waste my money unless you have all the time in the world to make a claim! It’s nothing like car insurance! Just proving one thing after another while they try avoid paying! It took so long after me paying for 4 years for the insurance I just bought a new phone and cancelled the policy! Iv also cancelled my car hire excess and travel insurance because it’s all the same with them all Iv checked!

It was great with TEMI who was very clear & precise. I am still NOT HAPPY .. I thought I was covered from JUNE 2025 and have an email.showing it..
bit it appears I WAS NOT COVERED up.to NOW and have been away a few times in 2025/2026 ??. I WILL have to check my banks when I get time to assess if payment was made.
Maybe a call from you to discuss issues..I have paid in full for 2026/2027
