Bluelightconsultancy Avis

Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to Raj. Raj is absolutely excellent. He is very approachable and encouraging. He has a deep understanding of what assessors are looking for. He worked with me to develop my evidence for the assessment centre, and developed a toolkit of ideas I can use in my future career and at the board. He built my confidence over a number of weeks and I can honestly say I owe my success to him.

The online webinars provide valuable insights into what to expect at promotion boards. All of the coaches have vast experience and knowledge of what to expect at promotion boards. They will challenge your thinking, get you out of your comfort zone and develop your skill set so that you can perform on the big day.

I cannot recommend Bluelight highly enough. If you are hesitant about starting, just do it. You wont regret it!

I found that my coach, Catherine Pritchard, did a wonderful job supporting me and offering positive feedback to myself, meaning that I could build up my confidence and pass the BTP interview. I knew exactly what I was doing well and what wasn't going to work. I was so nervous at the start of the week, but taking on Catherine's advice meant I was ready to pass the interview. Money well spent.

Bluelight offers an outstanding service. I had previously failed the final interview stage twice so I came to Bluelight for help. My coach was Andrea and she was amazing. The 1-1s really made me feel confident going into my interview. It is well worth the investment if you are serious about joining the police.

visionary, inspiring, supportive, ethical, empowering, resilient, strategic, and accountable. These words do not come close to describing how good the Team are at Bluelight Consultancy.
Money can’t buy the help, support and knowledge Bluelight has to offer. AND they put their money where their mouth is. FULL REFUND if unsuccessful. If you listen and carry out the tasks you WILL be successful. I have been trying to get in the police service for two years. Bluelight got me a pass in under 4weeks.

Bluelight Consultancy are second to none. The amount of experience and expertise provided makes you wish most other job markets have something similar!

Raj Kohli as my coach was fantastic as were the other staff of the Bluelight group. I cannot thank you enough for the time I have shared with such great people.

A fantastic experience with really helpful learning. Bluelight gives you the resource, the knowledge and the confidence to get through the police recruiting process. Fantastic one to one coaching sessions that really give you honest and helpful feedback.

Worth every penny, you get real insight from your trainers in what's expected.

My experience with Bluelight Academy has been excellent from start to finish. From my very first interaction with Debbie, who guided me through the onboarding process, I felt fully supported and confident that I was in the right place. The guidance I received throughout the course was exceptional, especially from my coaches, Sarah and Andrea. Their expertise, encouragement, and dedication were instrumental in helping me succeed. I truly couldn’t have achieved this without their support. I highly recommend Bluelight Academy to anyone looking for professional, structured, and effective training.

I’m really grateful for the support I received in preparing for my interview. My coach, Raj, was professional, approachable, and tailored the sessions to my needs. They gave me practical advice, helped me structure my answers, and boosted my confidence. The feedback was clear, constructive, and made a big difference in how I performed. I’d highly recommend their coaching to anyone looking to improve their interview skills.

Highly recommend Bluelight. Darren Rawlings and Raj Kohli both provided incredible insight and support that have massively helped me through the process. The webinars were also really helpful, allowing me to hear from others in the same position and help each other under, whilst receiving useful feedback from those with all the experience.

Out of all the different companies and support pieces out there for joining the Police and passing the final interview Bluelightconsultancy is by far the best. Access to all webinars is in a recorded format is fantastic or by joining the webinar especially if you are somebody who works a bit later in the day. There is a perfect steady flow of special guests who can give a highly varied webinar which I found very interesting. Every tutor I had the pleasure of talking to are brilliant at what they do. It was a huge boost in my confidence for joining the police being able to speak with so many people with such a variety of careers within the police and hearing their stories gave me a great head start and helped me get that extra insight into the realities and day to day of policing. Every single tutor has an in depth knowledge of the CVF and has the perfect way of helping you link your experiences to the CVF. As they all have extensive experience in policing they can really help you to understand the forward facing questions and why they actually matter to policing and how you can use that understanding to become an idealistic candidate and a better police officer for it.
Andrea Quinton was my 1-1 coach and she was absolutely phenomenal from the 1st session to my last and all the group webinars in between. She is so easy to talk to and has very interesting stories from her own policing career which is an incredibly impressive one. Andrea knows exactly how to identify issues with your answers and how to correct them in a memorable way all prepped for your interview aswell as the positive reinforcement for when you do. I can say for certain that Andrea really cares about your journey into policing and does everything she can to help you succeed.

I can credit so much of my success to bluelightconsultancy and i really feel I am going to be a better police officer because of them and Andrea.

Richard was very helpful with the informs and guidance he provided. The level of detail helped assist the interview process. The webinars were really good too. Lots of information online, like the videos for instance were all really useful.

I have been with Sarah Morton since April and she has supported me through both the OAC and the final interview- her guidance and support have been phenomenal and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for helping me succeed-I wouldn’t have made it this far without her!

All the coaches at bluelight that have led the webinars every week have been incredible. Their knowledge and insight is invaluable and have all played a massive part in me being successful in the recruitment process.

Swift response. Excellent triage call which helped us with our appeal. The contacts were very supportive and informative. Would highly recommend.

BlueLight has been an incredible source of support and guidance throughout my journey! A huge thank you to Raj for his outstanding coaching!

The team at Bluelight consultancy are beyond amazing, I would highly recommend bluelight to absolutely anyone who had their eyes set on policing. The entire team possess the talent and brilliant expertise to provide some of the best feedback and development physically possible throughout the entire recruitment process. Bluelight provided me with the structure and the confidence to help me succeed at my final interview and I wouldn't of achieved it without the support of Bluelight to guide the way. All the coaches are extremely friendly and all have brilliant experience's that bring different perspectives from all corners of their policing careers. One of the best parts of Bluelight was the ability to hear experience's and opinions from all the coaches on how to best achieve at final interview which was invaluable to me.

Thank you to everyone, especially my coach Sarah Morton, gave incredible feedback that was critical and constructive, leading to development. Always prepared to match my speed, whether you had months to prepare or only weeks, they would support you and make sure your prepared and confident for whatever stage your at in the recruitment process.

Thank you so much to Bluelight, if you have a goal set of becoming a police officer then Bluelight are the ones who will get you there with full confidence, you won't regret it!

The support I received from Bluelight was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, they offered advice, encouragement and practical guidance that made a real difference. I was recommended the consultancy before applying to the police and couldn't have asked for more. Their help was invaluable, especially when it came to preparing for the final interview. I'd never done an in-person interview before and was extremely nervous, but thanks to their coaching, I passed the first time. A special thank you to Sarah, who coached me throughout the process. She was incredibly flexible and always there when I needed support. If you're applying to the police, I couldn't recommend Bluelight enough!

I went through the Met Recruitment process, wanting to become a DC, last year: I failed miserably. I, then, enrolled with Bluelight Consultancy and had access to many videos from Brendan (very insightful and helpful) and 1-2-1 sessions with coach Raj Kohli who helped me in successfully passing the assessment. I wouldn't have made it without him! It's a very difficult assessment (4 exercises you have to tackle one after the other. In one word: challenging!) The advice Raj gave me during our sessions was top notch. We talked about each exercise and practiced together and it made all the difference. On the day, I was calm and focused because I knew exactly what I had to do and managed to perform at my best. Raj is an outstanding coach and anyone would be lucky to have him training them!

Excellent service with in depth knowledge and experience.

Having passed the national sift, I had very little time to prepare for the Online Assessment Centre, so utilised Bluelight's services. Jane, my coach was able to put me at ease explaining that there was time to prepare and explained where to focus. Due to work schedules Jane was able to accomodate easily.

Brendan and his team of coaches are brilliant. The knowledge and experience of policing that they are able to impart is worth the investment in the Academy. With a huge amount of videos to cover different forces, there is plenty for others to watch.
The videos available will only get you so far and the Academy will set you up for success, if you put in the work following advice from the team.

Without them, I wouldn't have passed all the stages and be in the position to join my local force in August.
Thank you Bluelight, I look forward to the Promotion Webinars.

Can’t thank Catherine and the team at blue light enough for all the help and support throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone who is prepared to invest in their future
