Been in real estate 20 years. Not sure why I haven't done this more. Easy peasy!! The only thing that could hang you up is if you have owned a lot of homes and those verifications come up asking about old addresses. Outside of that PERFECTO!!

Jody was great. The only area we struggled was getting the Drivers License photos to take, the computer camera would not verify, we ended up taking pictures of the license front and back and emailing them, and uploading rom the email.
