Adria did a wonderful job going through my renewal and making sure I have the coverage I needed. While my annual premium had gone down, she was able to give me better coverage for the same price I had been paying last year. She also brought attention to jewelry items I had not added. Benjamin Nunez made my life so much easier assisting me with an issue that wasnt even a situation he had to get involved in. i traded a car and the my registration, tag transfer and title was a mess. Benjamin worked with the MD MVA to make sure they had the correct information for my insurance, stopped me from getting a fine for uninsured motorist and followed up with me continually to be sure that i was getting things resolved.
