Bluerock Developments Avis

I first met Alex in the spring of 2025 and having been very impressed with his professionalism and openness we agreed to use his services to source and refurbish a property for our first HMO.
Throughout the process Alex has been easy to contact and always made the time to talk through any questions we had. Overall, and along with his build team, he has done a great job for us in delivering all that was promised.
Most importantly he has proven to be honest and trustworthy and we would certainly use him again should we take on another project.

As a first time investors, I was cautious of what to expect. Alex and the team have made it so easy and the process so transparent. Sourcing, securing, complete refurb management including planning etc, handing over to letting agent - nothing but efficiency and courtesy all the way. I'd no hesitation in using Bluerock again, and happy to give a reference.

Amazing experience with Bluerock Developments they recently sold one of my HMO properties, would definitely recommend buying and selling with them

Worked with Alex at Bluerock for a couple of years and is always incredibly professional and reliable. Knows his stuff inside and out!

Alex and Danny have been great! Collectively we got the property over line in under 30 days!

Working as both an estate agent and a Property Acquisitions Manager for a charity, having a reliable and consistent professional to support your business is essential. I have always found Alex to be available, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the industry. I would definitely recommend Alex.

Highly recommended, always on the phone from morning to afternoon.

I've worked with Alex at Bluerock for some time now and he clearly knows everything there is to know about HMO's. He always answers any questions I have. Really good guy too

Would highly recommend Bluerock and Alex services, one of the best operators in the industry, his guidance and knowledge in the investment space is second to none, especially in HMO's

Fantastic professional service, highly recommended!

Worked with Alex for a few months now and have been impressed by his genuine and proactive approach. Does what he says he will, which is important and rare in this market.

Worked with Alex a handful of times and can say without a doubt he delivers a professional and high quality service.
Looking forward to doing more business with him in the future

Alex has provided a first class service and is extremely professional in his approach. He has delivered very good advice without over-selling in what is a very competitive market. If he did not know the answer, he would support you with someone from his network who can help. Top class service. I would thoroughly recommend him and do business with him again.

Worked with Alex over the past couple of years.
Always there to help you along the investment process.
His help has been invaluable to my company, to increase my investments.
Alex and team, a big thank you.

Done several deals now with Alex, and he’s like Ronseal. Delivers exactly what it says on the tin!

Cheers Alex

The engagement between myself as the investor and Alex from Bluerock was informative from the start. There was a clear view on how the investment would take place as well as the documentation been available as the process of renovation to completion began. Importantly Andrew Pascoe from HETTS Attorneys, helped explain and maintain the flow of info between the 3 parties till registration in the property company took place. Thank you to Alex and his team and look forward to future investments with his company Bluerock.

Fantastic work by Alex Churchill, always ready for help/ or sort out any enquiries, you guys done the extra mile.
