Unfortunately and Response

On 26/06/2025 I registered the purchase of a Brita pitcher and placed an order with a subscription for 12 replacement cartridges! I expected to receive a discount for the registration. But this did not happen. Although I sent photos of the pitcher and the set of 3 cartridges – it was a gift from my son! But I was asked for a receipt, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase. But I sent the receipt!!! Yet the discount is still not applied! Therefore, I rate the product quality and lightning-fast delivery 5 stars, and the attitude of the operators and customer service 1 star!
I hope this situation will be resolved! Just don’t tell me it will happen after a year when my cartridges run out (((

Your response disappointed me even more. For the purchase and registration of a Brita pitcher, it is not a promotion or discount that is offered, but a guaranteed gift coupon with a unique code! A reward for choosing a product of this brand! That’s how serious, self-respecting companies behave in the market!
Once again, I emphasize — it’s not about the €10, but about the attitude towards a customer who placed their trust in you!
And one more thing: it’s only logical that customers choose products on your website only when discounts are available, which means you will never receive the promised reward for the purchase and registration!
Friends, don’t fall for this deception!!!

As we explained in our previous correspondence, you purchased a subscription service for the BRITA Maxtra 12 pack, retailing at €73.94, which is already at a promotional price (normal price is €86.99) and therefore any other promotion cannot be applied (as per our terms and conditions).
Had you purchased the normal BRITA Maxtra 12 pack retailing at €86.99 you could have applied your discount code for €10 off, which would work out at €76.99. By purchasing the subscription you actually saved more than €10.
Your promo code is still valid for the next 12 months and can be used at any time within the 12 months to avail of €10 off any BRITA Maxtra Pro 3, 6, or 12 pack.
