Placed an order beginning of April and stupidly placed a second order when I fell for the additional 25% off. Only when I saw the suspicious tracking page I realised it was a scam. Have requested a chargeback. Don’t be taken in! It really was too good to be true.

Not recieved my order and emails ignored

Ordered in January - it is now nearly May.
Should have been shipped 1-2 days from ordering but nothing despite multiple emails.
£189 lost, no way of contacting.
Have complained to payment portal, will have to take it to trading standards now.

Definitely should not have made an order on this website. The prices were too good to be true which is something I was cautious about so I only made a medium order around £40 worth.

Stay clear and do not order from them, sometimes sites like these with big discounts are tempting but I really don't recommend. I have emailed the customer service email asking for a refund but no response or even any awareness of this yet I still get given a 25% off code to use prompted by multiple emails.

The tracking website is clearly not legit, none of the icons work when you click on them, and the website seems fraudulent as well for the tracking.

This website is a scam I placed an order 3 months ago and it never arrived. Tracking number says the shipment is from
China and it has not been update since Feb; package is supposed to be delivered by ups but tracking number does not get recognised. They sent an email asking for ID and selfie picture to allow the package to be delivered ….. reported the website to shopify…

I tried to place an order but my credit card declined and informed me this was a fraudulent transaction. So I was saved! Personally, I think these are fakes. For the prices they’ve got to be, same as Ali Express selling fake Rhodes Beauty. I bought a lip balm thinking it was real only to use it and my lips started burning! If the price is too good to be true, then it’s got to be dodgy. Why is no one talking about this website or why haven’t they been mentioned on social media etc. if they were really selling real Mario products for a fraction of the price, wouldn’t we know about it?? Steer clear.

This is a Chinese website pretending to be a UK-based company. They sell non-existent goods and provide fake tracking numbers. The goods will never arrive. The address listed on their website is actually for Harrods in Edinburgh!

I was able to get my money refunded by raising a chargeback with my bank. I have also reported them to Shopify who's platform they use.

I ordered on 27 January and received Order Confirmations, but it is nearly a month and the order hasn't shipped and requests for updates have received no responses. I'm concerned this is a scam website.
