Ben, you are right, and I am sorry. You ordered on 26 August and your parcel did not leave our Australian warehouse until 14 September. That is nowhere near what we showed you, and you should not have had to email us to find out why.
The cause was a stock shortage in Australia. It does not happen often, but that is no comfort at all when it has now landed on you twice.
The part I am putting right is the silence. If an order of yours cannot ship on time, you will hear it from us first, with a date, rather than after you have waited and had to ask.
I have written to you directly as well. Thank you for staying with us since last year, and for being straight about this.

Billy, you are right and I am sorry. You ordered the Tincture and we sent Capsules, and then your three emails sat in our spam folder unanswered for nine days. That is our failure, not yours. I wrote to you this morning offering either the correct bottle free of charge or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you keep the Capsules either way. Thank you, Marc. Nearly a year of reordering says more than anything we could write about ourselves. For anyone finding this review: the capsules are a 10:1 whole-seed Blushwood Berry extract, 500 mg per capsule, three a day. It is not a product that announces itself in the first week, which is why we ask people to give it a full ninety days before judging it, and why the 90-day supply is what most people end up on.

Presumably a newsletter or email subscription right? Wrong!
They will bill you monthly for the same order, I asked them twice to cancel, most recently with more than 7 days till the next monthly order and they did nothing, didnt even reply tonthr email.
So I have reported them to paypal. Had I known I could've cancled the direct debit on my end id have never asked them.
Product was as advertised, but I personally will never buy from here again. Couldn't be more disappointed, you, I asked you nicely the first time, you did fa. You suck I hope paypal will get my money back. Im out $426 worth of stuff i dont want.

I'm genuinely sorry, and you're right to be upset. We normally reply to emails within about 12 hours, but for some reason yours slipped through the cracks and your cancellation wasn't actioned when it should have been. That's on us, not you.
I want to make it right with no fuss: your subscription is now cancelled, you won't be billed again, and we're accepting your PayPal claim so you'll be refunded in full and not left out of pocket.

Perseverance is the key
I have been taking Blushwood berry capsules and Tincture for over 18 months, I started to notice my skin was looking good, then I started to feel better my appetite improved my inflammation has gone down in my lymph nodes, I didn't notice much change until I had been taking it for 2-3 weeks then people around me started to comment on how well I was looking, I then noticed improved skin appetite and energy, I continued to take it daily two capsules in the morning with a full dropper of Tincture and I would take four capsules and full dropper at night, as I became to busy to take in the day, I found this worked for me the longer I had taken it for the more I noticed results of improvement I recommend Blushwood and perseverance is the answer its not a overnight cure but it works if you keep taking it and give it time thanks for reading my review Mark.

The vitamins keep my scans clear after chemo. Do I know it's because of the vitamins. No. But it's the only vitamins I take along w a healthy salmon & berry diet. So it must have some positive benefits. It's cost is good enough that I have been with them for about 3 years.

Thank you for flagging this, and I'm sorry your order didn't reach you. Your parcel was dispatched from our Australian warehouse, but it looks like Australia Post lost it in transit — the last scan is at our own warehouse, and it never made it through to you in New Zealand.
We've now refunded you in full and cancelled your subscription, so you're not out of pocket — and if the parcel does happen to arrive after all, it's yours to keep with our compliments.

After buying one bottle to use on sun-damaged skin, & after seeing some results, I bought 2 more bottles. The liquid is sticky on skin, but I wait until it dries and then apply a moisturiser over it... and that works.
