Excellent service. Nikolas was incredible and saved the day with a new lock. He arrived very quickly and was very understanding, courteous and extremely professional. He was so reasonably priced too. We couldn’t recommend him and his company highly enough. Thank you so much 😊
Nikolas arrived precisely on time, at midnight, in the middle of a long weekend, and swiftly found a solution to my malfunctioning night latch. Payment process was easy enough and reasonable price give outside hours. Overall recommend them & thank you!

I arranged from 100 miles away for a lock to be changed on a garage door. The service I received was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable. Nothing was too much trouble - and the new keys were even delivered to an estate agent some distance away. I recommend BMS without hesitation.
I very seldom write reviews but am making an exception as BMS did such a good job for me. Our Banham lock was stuck - it wouldn't budge however hard you turned the key. I called BMS who sent someone out on the basis that there would be a fee of £69 if they could fix it, and no fee if they couldn't. A very friendly guy turned up within 15 minutes (admittedly, we live very locally), and had it sorted within another 15 minutes. I would have had a much longer wait and paid a huge amount more had I gone direct to Banham!
Needed a Sunday callout to help with a faulty lock. Nico was profressional, trustworthy and at a competetive rate.
Would recommend.
Nico did a great job. He was flexible, punctual, and gave me great advice on my locks at a fraction of what other locksmiths charge.
