Installation was done good time, installer was friendly was happy with product
But .. I did not like that there was sticky residue all over the car door handle and inside interior and also scratch on my interior
I don’t know if installer did it without covering interior parts obviously I was annoyed only noticed when I got home as I didn’t want to be annoying going round car ect read all reviews nobody has this issue before so why would I
Anyway I would suggest installers take more care in future wash hands don’t touch car if working with sticky residue without washing off I know how it works in garages or working on cars as I work with transports any way would I use them again yes but I would make sure to look around car before and after.

Hi Kam, You've not once contacted us after the job. I personally took extra care on your car. I wore gloves as I do on all jobs. There was no sticky residue left on your car as we did not even work with anything sticky on the day of your job. You was also the first booking of the day, Nothing was definitely scratched as we use microfibre towels to protect your trims. You had also mentioned "do we make sure all trims are back and nothing left loose" prior to coming down. This makes it seem like you must have had a bad experience elsewhere.
We only use non scratch plastic trim tools when carrying out work. I also contacted you to ask for your feedback 9 hours after the job was completed. You didn't mention any issues then.
I have also photos before and after the job was completed of your interior trims.

I had my car steering weel stolen and window smashed just before new years Eve and my insurance couldn't help me or any local garage but BMW Customz helped me in such a short notice they were able to get me my window fixed and a new steering week all set up in a day I was very happy and luck to find them online I would recommend them compare to any other companies.

Very good service from BMW Customz
Very good service from BMW Customz. I had apple CarPlay installed in my 2018, 5 series. I use it every day and love it! Much cheaper than BMW and worth the money to have someone who knows how to remove a dashboard and AC unit out without damaging anything!

Had Apple CarPlay Activated on my BMW…
Had Apple CarPlay Activated on my BMW G30. Cheapest quote I’ve found and definitely worth it. I’d pay double the amount. Took Nadim 20 mins to install WiFi antenna and activate CarPlay. Very friendly whilst still remaining professionally. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant!
Nadim at BMW Customz has been an absolute hero for me. Not only was he very quick, courteous and super informative in his communication, but he was priced well too. On top of this, when I was struggling to find a company to repair my car's broken window, he went out of his way to call a heap of local suppliers to find the stock part I needed. His service was fantastic, and he will be my first go-to for anything BMW related without question! Well done Nadim.

Great Service | Android Screen Upgrade
Nadim was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had regarding an Android screen upgrade in my BMW 3 series.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. I normally code retrofits myself however I was really stuck this time. The gent logged in and had it coded within an hour. Fantastic service. It was also really later notice and 7:30pm. Yet he still came through. Over the moon!

Great service, friendly staff and good after sales support.
Had a reversing camera and power folding mirrors installed on my f45.
I was very happy with the service and they also advised where I could source the parts they didn’t stock at a good price.
As they are a local firm, drop off and collection of the car was smooth.
Nadim was very friendly and is happy to offer advice and answer any questions.
I would definitely recommend.

Amazing work by Nadim. Very professional and quick. Has tonnes of knowledge and just a very honest and decent guy. Will be using his services for an audio retrofit and other modifications I’ve got coming up on my car.
